Good food, great service!

Went in with my husband we waited for 45 mins for a pizza was barely checked on. Finally flagged down waitress after finishing our pitcher asked about our pizza and for a couple of club sodas. She gave some story of some big take out order but didn’t really seem to care and brought the check as we changed our pizza to go at this point but never brought the club sodas. So went up to the bar to get club soda while still waiting on the pizza and told bar tender what was going on. A few minutes later a woman with apparently some authority finally came over quickly apologized and gives me a hand written note for $5 off for next visit. She was so quick though I didn’t really get to say anything. In this world we are expected to tip more than $5 so I’m not very impressed. Finally after waiting 60-70 mins got pizza. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Went in yesterday with my friend. No one was there and we sat at the bar. There was a man working behind the bar and he didn’t greet us or anything when we sat down. A waitress came up and he started talking to her. He never said “just one moment” or even acknowledged that we were there so we just ended up leaving. Terrible customer service.

The pizza and wings are delicious. If you are looking for a quick place, I wouldn't recommend going here on a busy weekend since they have a relatively small kitchen that can only handle so many orders at once. It's also really cold in there all the time, so bring a jacket.

We have every server coming to us. Not just one single one concentrating on their own section so it’s chaotic. We sat and waited for 5 minutes to even order a drink. It’s so unorganized. And it’s not even busy. There’s empty tables all around us. They kept turning the music up so loud nobody could talk at their table because Someone managing it was drunk. This isn't the first time I’ve been here and it’s been this way. The food is good tho. The only positive I’ll give

I always enjoy my time at Fanatics. The food is good, the service is always good, and the owners have done a great job with the last remodel. Great place for watching sports and drinking beer!

I don't come here often, but today was a big change. Asked for a double and dear lord.. it was a $5 single and for a double its $10 for it, little over priced for something that tastes like a single. Other than that, the food is still good, loving the remodel.

This bar is a great place to see your local sports teams play. The staff are willing to try and find the game you are wanting to watch as well. Cold drinks and good food. Always look forward to having a good time here.

I normally think that a sports bar will have good food but this place is the exception. They seem to place emphasis on economy in place of good taste. I has their Patty Melt which was a small Costco hamburger on marbled rye with a small amount of onions and bacon that I did NOT ask for and it lacked the pepper jack cheese that I DID ask for. The fries were quite salty. I suppose this was an effort to get you to drink more. I did not want to ask for what I actually ordered since it took a good 45 minutes for the sandwich to arrive. The staff was friendly but obviously overworked.
