It was dirty and had dog hair everywhere in the halls in the rooms and dog food on our floor. Needs to be cleaned, vacuumed and sanitized

The staff was friendly the bed was soft but, the problems that I had were that there was ketchup on the wall and the lamp shades, one lamp didn't have a light bulb in it, I had to go to the front desk to get batteries for the remote, the floor was dirty, and there was a puddle of water in the corner of the bathroom.

Very nasty. Room was very dirty. Used soap in the shower. Hair in all three beds. Unswept floor. Pee on the toilet. Toilet not cleaned. Hair in tub. Got a refund and went to a clean/safe hotel. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nice place for a quick overnight stay, no carpet is a plus with pets!

Rooms not clean nor properly outfitted. Pillows are nothing more than wads of stuffing, lamp shade missing and flooring coming up under the bed. Additionally, lots of dust under the bed and clogging the bathroom air vent. Front desk seemed in different to the situation.

At first glance everything seemed okay. I had to get key reprogrammed 3 times and then went to a different room because even the clerk couldn’t get the key to work in the first room. I had to leave immediately before I could really assess anything else. Got back late, had to leave early and couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, or the TV to stay tuned. Noticed how filthy the backsplash around the sink was and then mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The door surfaces were streaked with “stuff” and greasy finger prints, along with the handles. Somehow, the laminate floor was greasy and sticky at the same time. The next day, I saw the sign by the sink saying the room would only be cleaned by request or every third day. I left, thinking that meant that no one would be in my room that day - I also left a light on. When I returned, that light was off and the bed was made, meaning, someone had definitely been in my room. I had noticed the dog fur on the bedcover before, but now also saw dog prints; I did NOT travel with a dog. Paper thin walls, I could hear everything. The AC was cold but loud enough to keep me from sleeping, even with my white noise machine running. There’s about a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the room door, so I blocked the light and noise with a towel. Once again, the Wi-Fi and TV was terrible and I had to have my key reprogrammed. The pillows were like stale, hard marshmallows. I was too tired to pack up and leave. I decided against eating breakfast there and when I went to checkout, there was a sign at the desk saying they would be gone for awhile while helping housekeeping. I figured I’d go back to my room, but AGAIN, my keys didn’t work when I tried to go back in. Horrible, horrible experience. I have pictures of all of this. Forgot to add, both lights around the tv didn’t work, nor did the charger between the beds.

The room and public areas were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Staff was responsive. Everything I needed worked.

Front desk was polite but not very personable. My room was decent. Clean and newer paint. Bathroom was not great. Floor needed sweeping behind door. Tub was old and stained. Toilet was old and slow and clogged very easily. My moms handicap room was quite odd. Very tall ceilings, bare walls, vinyl floors, and harsh white lighting made it feel like a cafeteria versus a cozy motel room. I get that they need vinyl floors for wheelchairs but still. The building itself is basic and unimaginative inside and out and. But also the least expensive place so cant complain too much about that. My biggest issue was the hallway carpet. It was deeeee-scuting. Worst carpet I have ever seen in a motel. Spots and stains and soiled everywhere. Really gross. I would not come back here.

Average location. Cheap rates but quality isnt that great. Staff was fine but the hotel was in rough shape.

I strongly disagree with the overall 3.8 star rating! Not clean and didn’t feel safe there with my kids. I will not be going back ever!
