Eagle Eye Truck Repair

We had the unfortunate experience of blown wheel bearings on our RV while traveling through Kearney. Since our chassis is commercially built, it was difficult to find someone to help us with repairs. Eagle Eye was referred to us by another repair company in town and we are so grateful! Within an hour of contacting them, there were two technicians on site to evaluate our damages. The parts were ordered and once received, they had us back on the road quickly. Professionalism is SO important, and compassion and understanding is a wonderful bonus. They were such a pleasant company to work with through this bad experience. They managed the whole situation perfectly. We are thankful they were there for us, and we highly recommend them!

While traveling from Missouri to Utah my tire shred. These people didn't have my tire in and it was within an hour and a half of closing but they called everywhere until they found my tire then drove to get my tire and fixed the car for me so I could safely get back on the road! They were friendly, professional and I highly recommend these people! Impressed with the great job and service received! Highly recommend!!!

Radiator busted on the freightliner around the corner on I80 at 4am. Parked in there lot was greeted first thing in the morning. Was back on the road at 3pm. Great service. Great people. Great price. The place to go!

Best folks around. Had a leak/nail in my 4Runner tire at the tail end of a 24 hour road trip and these folks saved the day. People don’t do service and quality like Eagle Eye does. Twenty thumbs up, can’t go wrong here.

OTR Truckers Must Read this Story. Sent my 2013 Kenworth w/ Cummins because the truck was loosing power and check engine light was on. They reset the computer and replaced 2 sensors. Driver drove 45 miles and had to come back because truck started loosing power again. When he came back they told us it was something else. We had already spent $800. They said it was the cooler on the radiator and it was sold out but they knew someone who had it used but it cost double the price then if it was new. I told them I wasn't paying that much for a used part. They called me back and said they found one cheaper. So i told them to put it on I need this truck going. Driver took off and same problem we were loosing power. So the truck came back. Now we spend 1,500 plus the $800 we had already spent. Now this time they said it was the Turbo they quoted me $10,000 for the turbo not including the labor. I called the Kenworth across the street from them and they quoted me $5,680. At this point I lost trust in the shop. I pulled my truck out and called a mobile mechanic called Double M. This guy came hooked up his computer and said it was a sensor and the fuel filters where dirty. He changed that and had my truck going in less than an hour. Eagle Eye Truck repair has mechanics who don't know what there doing stay away If you don't want to dump all your lives saving there.

Great and professional people. They took us in same day and they actually gave their personal car to my driver to use to go eat and do what he needs to do while they work on my truck. Our truck was up and running in about 3 hours. I highly recommend this company
