Ordered one new omelette bacon bagels. And one sourdough bacon egg sandwich. Received two of The bagel bites and had to remind them of sandwich! Which I got charged for two of! Did not have filled donut holes. 9:00 in the morning!

Love my Dunkin' I pretty much stick to things you can order off the menu without a bunch of customization. I usually get my order placed in the app so everything is ready by the time I get to the window. The crew here always seems to do a great job at getting the order ready quick and correct.

The coffee is good, but I think some of their employees need to check their attitudes. All of our interactions with the employees were very negative. But, like I said, the coffee tastes good.

Drive through is always busy and very slow. Service is often rude... they talk loudly about customers and hating their jobs a lot and it shows. Mobile ordering is great for drinks so you can customize but most of the time half of the food is not available and then you have to substitute with cheaper items or "bother" the workers to get refunded.

I am a die hard iced coffee Dunkin fan. Been to many locations over the years. I’m glad to have one while working here in Kearney. (We don’t have any in Wyoming.) Some days they are slow but the employees are usually friendly. It’s worth getting what you want. 👍🏻 …

I have heard about Dunkin' . So we tried it, I was disappointed, the food was not that good, for having so many people in the kitchen,the service was poor. You had to guess which one of the sacks was yours, I will not be going back.

Had a pick up mobile order. The donuts was dry, taste old. Called and make a complaint, they dont even offer to replace it. Bad customer service

Great coffee and food…staff has the worst attitude every time I have gone. Never a hello how are you or even a smile. Hand the food forcefully and quick rudely. Not all staff act this way but the lady that is always there when I come is always giving attitude.

Terrible experience. I am not a picky person. I don’t know what was colder my coffee or the lady waiting on me. Very rude. Doughnuts were stale. Didn’t get what I ordered. Won’t be back. Very disappointed.
