This place has such good food. I love the chicken strip basket. I'd also like to say Jaci Langer the GM has done so well with managing this place. She is always very kind and also she puts customers and her employees first. ❤️

Ordered a chicken salad and got dryed out chicken bites and burnt onion rings. Table was filthy, seats were sticky. Will not be going back poor experience.

They need to start telling people when they order that there will be a wait on the food, especially over noon hour sat in drive thru car #2 spot for 25 minutes(half of my lunch break) before anyone brought anything out to the cars that were ALREADY parked. System seems VERY scuffed

Worst DQ experience ever! Ordered a medium blizzard, waited 50 minutes and still no blizzard! Watched 20+ customers served while I waited! Finally just asked for a refund which they gave me. No apologies, no gift certificate, nothing! That's exactly what they'll get in return, NOTHING! I will never stop at this DQ again!

Help was not good. They were busy, but not overly busy. Few people dining in and a steady drive through. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 small blizzards(carry out). Only person with any drive was the lady doing the drive through.

How hard is it to not screw up two things? Got the grandsons cheeseburger right and I had ordered a chocolate ice cream cone DIPPED in chocolate. Got to the window and she handed me a small ice cream cone. Called the store and the lady who answered acted like it was a big inconvience that I called. Won't never be back

Even when very busy, customer service is still always patient & friendly even if running behind! Plus remember they have very high peak times & definitely times you can tell especially on nice days ever one thinks let's go too DQ! So even if your order takes longer be patient with staff the food/ice cream always with the wait!

Absolutely the worst possible customer service i have ever seen….they never made my order…talked back to me and made a customer VERY UNHAPPY….I WILL SUE DAIRY QUEEN THE NEXT TIME I GET THREATS FROM THEM….THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT…..
