Best dinner ever! The steak was amazing. We stopped here on vacation and the server, Jennifer B was fantastic. She was so friendly and provided great service. This place is both classy and cozy and Jennifer made it feel so welcoming. The cookie & ice cream dessert was the best of all time. Great service and great food makes life better.

Fantastic service and amazing food. Definitely pricy but worth the cost. Drinks were done well and enjoyable

What a great experience! Our server Trey was excellent. Food was superb. Bathrooms were very clean and even provided toiletries such as mouthwash to freshen up. I had the crackpot bowl which was delicious along with the Brussels. I suggest getting the pazookie for dessert, the ice cream was Devine.

Passing through on our way back to NC. First we stopped at the pizza place across the way. Zero service after 13 mins of sitting. We came here and service was top notch.. I got the farmers bowl & he got the crockpot bowl. They were huge portions as you can see in the photos! Super delicious. They also have a delicious cinnamon ice cream that goes on their pizookie. It’s so freaking good. Taste just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk. Glad we had the mishap at old Chicago pizza, or we wouldn’t have come here. Thanks Coppermill.

I feel I am being generous with a 3 star review. Server was very nice, but the burger (ordered med. rare) was so well done it fell apart into crumbles! Maybe I should have ordered a steak at a steak-house, but I would not have accepted 10% off the bill when both our burgers were crumbles. I wish our server would have checked on us sooner. Unfortunate.

Started with 5 "jumbo" shrimp and the worst cocktail sauce. Sad really. Especially $25. (Skip it) the Ceasars salads were fine. Then I ordered a cheeseburger and my guest ordered the LC steak. The burger was the juiciest burger I've ever had. The condiments and veggies weren't incredible. The KC stead at medium (which the deepest part was cooked medium) looked tough and hard to chew. The loaded baked potatoes looked old and dry. I would say skip this place. But if you need food. Go here just don't expect 4+ stars

Absolutely incredible experience! We came in at 10:05pm after a long day of driving. The kitchen closes at 10 am, but they made an exception and let us order! The kitchen staff was our saviour tonight! Big thank you to them! The main bartender/server Nathan was sooo accommodating, kind and understanding! The whole team tonight was amazing! Thank you thank you thank you! Also, a beautiful atmosphere and delicious appetizers! A must visit!

Bartender was amazing quick efficient on the spot. The service was terrible we had a reservation for 7:30 we got there at 7:00 we did not get our food till 8:30. We may be sorry waitress for maybe five times . But the spinach artichoke dip was on point!!! And the food was quite good we enjoyed it except for the service situation.!

Got the recommendation from a local about the Coppermill being a great place for a steak. Took the chance and had to tell the girlfriend that we can't come here everyday to eat. She said that I may choose not to come here everyday, but she is going to! The staff did a great job from start to finish. On the recommendation of the waitress, ordered the Candle Drippings appetizer. Fat kid happiness!! Girlfriend got the rack of lamb and I got the KC Strip steak. Both were cooked too perfection. Coming from a bigger city that has steakhouses that claim to be Texas style... well... Texas needs to get to McCook, NE to learn how to cook and season a steak properly! Thanks for the professionalism to the staff and to those that care about making food what it should be! We will be back!!

Inattentive service- we had to find our own utensils as our food was served without them and our server didn’t bother to check. We ordered the special, Lobster Ravioli but were told 20 minutes later that the kitchen had “86’d” it. We waited another 10 minutes with empty water and drink glasses. Had to send prime rib back- I couldn’t even cut it with the steak knife. The asparagus was very underdone and tough. The rolls with garlic butter were fantastic and the tomato basil soup was very tasty. The prosciutto was just sliced fried, smoked bacon, very fatty and tough. My prime was replaced with a kc strip which was much better- although it had tons of butter and was over seasoned with salt which took away from the flavor. We did get a discount off our bill. For the cost I wasn’t all that impressed.
