Chipotle Mexican Grill

Quick and friendly service so definitely no bad juju to them but holy smokes the price was nuts! It was $20 for ONE burrito. The same burrito I used to get from them was $13 several years ago when I lived in a city with a chipotle. Finally got a chipotle here and I was excited to have it again since been eating at Qdoba since I moved back. The SAME EXACT burrito right now at Qdoba is $12. Guess I’ll be sticking with Qdoba lol. I nearly walked out of the store when I heard the price-I thought it was a joke.

Ordered three sides of chips and dips for the cost of about $23. Was given just one bag of chips. Guac had a peel in it.

It's a typical Chipotle I guess. 5 of us bought a "bowl" but with different meats. We all felt like it was a small meat portion. We didn't realize they charge for a "line" of sour cream & guacamole (a big serving, however). Without any drinks our total was $70 & change. Not a lot of seating in this small store but the staff is nice. The value is not good IMO.

I'm not one that likes to criticize food service. It's a difficult industry. Our food was decent. The price wasn't bad for what we ordered. My complaints: × The bag of chips we ordered was only a quarter full. × I understand paying extra for queso for the chips, but it was $5.95 for a small dish. × When my husband went to pay for the queso, with cash, the employee handled the dirty money with her gloves on. She proceeded to make the next person's burrito without changing her gloves. Yuck.

We received prompt service and all the ingredients were sufficiently stocked. It was not a friendly interaction. It was more like hurry up. The food was as I expected from Chipotle.

First time eating Chipotle. I'm not impressed. It's so darn spicy you can't even eat it. I ordered a burrito with steak white rice lettuce guacamole and sour cream. Great way to clear your sinuses. But honestly i doubt I will go back.

Tried to grab dinner as I was leaving town. Employees had pulled the blinds halfway down. So embarrassing to walk up only to find the door was locked and the employees were sitting right inside the door on their phones. I guess they wanted to take a break which is fine I suppose but then they need to adjust their hours online accordingly. I tried to place an order online but simply couldn’t see waiting 20 minutes when there was literally no one holding them up. 🤷‍♂️

my boyfriend & i went here for dinner the other day, i got a veggie bowl & he got a burrito... my veggie bowl had no lettuce, had barely any food in it, & was 75% guacamole, 25% fajita veggies & uncooked rice (amongst other toppings). my boyfriend's burrito was made w the same undercooked rice & it was disgusting. usually this place isn't so bad but after this not going to be eating at this location again. gross. disappointing.

Customer service was great. Place is pretty small with only 6-8 tables so not a place I'd bring my while family as there is 6 of us and the tables are small. Best bet is to grab and go:) it was pretty expensive too. My son and I both had steak burrito bowls and 2 drinks and it was $40 for just the 2 of us:/ I didn't think it be that much. It was good, but it probably won't be my first pick.

The food was excellent. They prepared fresh steak unexpectedly and we loved it. Because of a delay due to cooking fresh steak they offered and comped us some chips and salsa and guacamole. After having been in the hospital twice in one day their kindness was much appreciated. Keep up the great work!
