The driver, Barry Lipker left without picking up the person he dropped off. When the after hours emergency contact number for Camelot transportation was contacted they were not helpful at all they told us that he was there an hour earlier than expected (4 pm) to pick her up when she should have been picked up at 5 pm. When we asked who we could contact to arrange alternative transportation for her they did not provide any contact information. Different staff members at this clinic stayed until 7:00 pm trying to arrange transportation for this women who was over 1 hour away from home. She was waiting for over 1 1/2 hours as the staff tried to arrange other transportation for her. This was very difficult as it was after 5 pm on a Friday. This was a terrible situation to put this poor women in. We will NEVER utilize or recommend Camelot Transportation to anyone.

Intelliride is the company my health insurance uses. They subcontract with actual transportation providers. There's only 3 in this area that work with intelliride. Ryde transit has made me late or not even show up for my appointments, Camelot told intelliride to not schedule for me again just today, and then there's kearney cab co, but they won't always be available. I called Camelot to find out why they said don't schedule in the future and they just said they don't have availability and wouldn't give me any other info. It's a bit suspicious that they say that after I report one of their drivers for not being vaccinated and refusing to wear a mask, going off about how democrats are ruining the country, and communism is destroying the US. I don't think them telling intelliride that has anything to do with availability. I asked the manager of Camelot if they're telling everyone they don't have availability or just me, and she said just me. She even said it applies to all future rides and the rides coming up they had previously accepted. Just a heads up, it's their driver Sue that is not vaccinated and doesn't wear a mask. She's intentionally putting the health of many people at risk. The CDC mandates for masks says only those who have been fully vaccinated can go without masks, but masks are still required for public transportation. There's still a pandemic and Camelot needs to be taking precautions. I've also reported them and reviewed them on BBB.

Always had a great experience. The drivers have always sparked conversation, shown up on time, and provided excellent customer service. Me and a friend utilized Camelot for a trip that was later in the evening and the driver, Barb, was very friendly and got us where we needed to go!

I use Camelot a few times a month and can't say enough great things about the service they provide. The drivers are always professional, courteous, and friendly. They are on time and if they run late, they call you. They also call ahead to let you know their itinerary. I cannot say that about most companies in Jacksonville Florida No other transportation company can come close to matching all the strong points they have. A shout out to, Dante, George, Tabatha and Dominick for providing excellent and outstanding customer service!!!!!!

One of their drivers in an old white van was driving recklessly on I80 east of North Platte, NE. He almost ran us off the road by merging into our lane and we were forced to go into the ditch to avoid his dangerous driving. I would not trust this transportation company with ANY transportation needs.

Reckless driver in gray minivan Buffalo county plates cut me off in traffic and ran me into the curb and sped off. Several reviews of terrible, reckless drivers. Extremely unprofessional. Beware!

The only transportation company I am willing to use. I have used them for a few years now for long distance travels. There has only been one driver, I have refused to ride with. Drivers have been early or on-time for 99% of trips. There only have been a couple of late occasions, although late, never have been late more than 15 minutes. Drivers have come to love my service dog and have even asked how shes doing when she doesnt ride with me. Anytime there has been an issue (very few), they have been quickly addressed and corrected.

B1802 driver in a mini van today. Tried to force me outta my lane here in Omaha. About took off my bumper. Cuts me off then flips me the bird. Acting like I'm the problem. When he about caused an accident. I will be contacting your business in regards to this as that is highly unprofessional and looks poorly on your company.

Be careful of who you ride with. Driver of 1802 van went around me like I was standing still on the interstate I was doing 70 mph so how fast was this guy going. When I got off on the same exit. He flipped me off and tore off. Nice people you hire
