I have been working with the Kearney store for a few months now. As a homeless vet they put me in a Great vehicle for what i had for a down payment they have worked with me on several Occasions when ive been in a pickle and the Secretary Angie... Shes the bomb.. They are always polite and i dont have a single bad thing to say about my service or my vehicle.. Highly reccommend Bridge Street to anyone who has no or poor credit or needs a nice cheap vehicle.. They got it all and can get anything you want pretty much.. I will definately be going back for my next car

Purchased vehicle for daughter, friendly staff, quick & easy transaction in buying. Would recommend to anyone whom doesn't have credit or is purchasing for a first time young driver.

Underhanded business practices: I test drove a truck and there was no check engine light and everything on it seemed to work fine. The man at the dealership said the truck would make the trip to Holdredge because we have to pick the kids up twice a month. Signed the paperwork and three days The truck wouldn't run after 10 minutes and me and my whole family got stranded up at Applebee's. I found out that the intake manifold needs replaced as well as three different sensors. Because I signed a contract even if I take the truck back to them I'm not going to get any money back. They won't even work with me on allowing a couple payments to be late due to the extra financial burden and I'm stuck paying for a truck that I had to put nearly a grand into less than two weeks after I bought it.

Best car buying experience I've had. Going in to make my payment every week, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and the best customer service around! Highly recommend Bridge Street, especially the Kearney location.

It's more of a junkyard than a car dealership

I’m 20 years old with more car experience than the “boy” that sold me a manual 05 Ford Focus telling me it had a bad battery then gave me another used battery to buy the car and I voice recorded it on my phone the day I went back after the weekend to get my minor problem fixed when it didnt start when I was told he would fix the minor problem and took me 5 min to know the starter was shot like I thought and I went there for him to tell me “you bought it as is, and no way I could’ve known it was a starter” $55-$75 the starter would be and was told he can’t buy it with an excuse being he would have to do it for everyone else?? I also had a bad fuse and dude couldn’t even get it out of the fuse box for 20min then ditched me to help another customer and I literally pulled it out within seconds.

I started making payments on a 2003 lincoln navigator from here and was told a slight noise heard was an exhaust issue and that it wont be a problem. Well now I am almost paid off and I have a junk suv on my hands. Upon inspecting the vehicle i noticed it had been on fire and now it threw a rod. I was absolutely lied to and they hid problems that they definitely knew about. Even if you can't get a bank loan. GO ELSEWHERE

If I could give a zero star review, I would. My wife and I have had 3 different vehicles from bridge street now, and they've been okay at the very best. However, we've kept returning because their customer service was outstanding. They were always extremely friendly and willing to work with us, whether it was being late on a payment, needing repairs, getting us in a new vehicle; anything we needed, they were there to help us out. About a year or so ago, though, they went under new management. The individual there has treated us much different. My first interaction with him was to ask about getting a repair done on my pickup, to which I was told it was sold as is and it was my problem now. Previous management was happy to have repairs done at the the store for the cost of parts and labor. In August, I missed a payment. Previous management would have called me, and actually did a few times, to make sure things were okay because we rarely were even a day late. Instead of a phone call, the new management sent me a letter informing me if I missed another payment, my vehicle would be repossessed. In October, I left my job and cashed out my 401k, and went down ti pay it off. Apparently, I decided to pay all but about $600. Don't know why, but I forgot about it after that. In the 5 months since then, they never contacted me, either by phone or mail, to receive the last of their money (which I would have been happy to pay at any moment). No, last night at 7:30, a repo truck arrived at my house to take my pickup. Conveniently, bridge street closed at 6, so I couldn't even take care of it then. This morning, my wife and I arrived to pay off the vehicle and get it back. I asked the manager why they couldn't bother to at least give me a phone call, he said they did. I asked what phone number they have on file, they had both of ours. After going through our phones, neither of us have received a phone call from them since before the payment in October. We paid the $600 plus the $500 towing bill, which I also tried to argue, but whatever. Irealize that I am at fault for not getting paid up, but it wasn't from an unwillingness. This could have been taken care of months ago, had they had even a shed of concern for their customers. At the end of the day, rather than admitting that their actions were shady and terrible customer service, our even apologizing for the inconvenience of towing my vehicle and charging me $500 without so much as a phone call, the management hid behind the phrase "we don't have to call you." The vehicles aren't that great and will need replaced in 1-2 years. The customer service kept us coming back, but they've lost the sense of what it means to take care of their customers, and so they've lost a loyal customer.

Not real impressed with the prices of some of the used cars, especially when they are making noise and I get told it was because of moisture. Also my son bought a car from them, the gas gauge was not working at the time he signed the papers, they told him it was a stuck float in the gas tank. 20 days later the whole instrument panel went out and they basically said you signed the papers as is, we were informed by a mechanic that the gas gauge was the first indication the instrument panel was going out. So if you want to spend a ton of money on a down payment and then very soon after spend a ton of money on repairs then Bridge Street is the place for you.

We bought a 2008 Toyota Yaris with 93K miles from them. It wasn’t a bad deal at all. We replaced the windshield wipers, rotors, tires, and got an alignment done as well on the vehicle. No check engine light came on. We haven’t had any major issues with the vehicle. I got it inspected nothing major is wrong besides the things that I mentioned but I fixed the issue. Great customer service. They let us test drive the vehicle before we purchased it. We were out for about 30 minutes or so. But it’s been great so far. Thank you bridge street for your service! Also we just bought a 2005 Ford taurus with 110k on it. Not bad for a 4000 car. We had to fix the alignment and get all new tires for it. We had to fix the fuel pump too. Just small stuff that needed to be repaired.
