Where should I start...this location was light years behind the one we stayed at in Stuart Iowa. It smelled like stale cigarettes and cigars. Walls were thin and you could hear everyone's conversations walking down the halls.The carpet in the hallways was worn out. The refrigerator wasn't working and the air conditioner would squeal off and on making for a poor night's rest. Paint in the bathroom was over the doors...it looked like they didn't even try. There was a lot of dust all over the a/c. The other reviews sounded very good but couldn't possibly be about this location. I don't think Wyndham would want their name on this property. Since the property in Stuart was SO NICE we assumed they would all be the same...but you know what they say about ASSUMING!! I sure hope there wasn't any Bed Bugs!!!

No soap in room, as they ran out. I had to ask for some at desk and got a mini bar for two showers. Beds were made differently as we walked into room. I was told with staff shortage there were two maids per room and each had her own style??? I wonder how well the room was cleaned.

This was a fantastic experience for me and my family. We rented a pet friendly room. It was located close to an exit door which made it easy to take our pooch outside. The entire hotel was spotless. John up front checked us in and was fast and informative. The continental breakfast felt like a real breakfast. Eggs were cooked perfectly and seasoned correctly. Milk cooler was full and the room was very clean. Tables all recently wiped down, etc. I just could not give this place a high enough rating. Also, we just were there to for the night but it's very closely located to three "walking distance" restaurants. Your team is great and you should be proud of your product. Ken

Nice hotel. Very clean room. The pool is very noce water a little cold but not to bad. The breakfast is nice with a lot of choice. The localization is perfect near interstate. Good for a qui k stop or for a long stay.

The location off of the interstate was very convenient. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Staff friendly and helpful!

We were traveling with our small dog (8 lbs), and we were happy to pay the extra $25. The “pet friendly room” we got was not properly cleaned, was at the end of a threadbare carpet hallway. It was like steerage on a 19th century steamer.

Plus: Helpful, courteous staff. Minus: the smell, and the ruined old carpets and decor. Got unlucky and had a room that had obviously been smoked in. (Complained and immediately got switched, and they will be billing the previous occupant for smoking in a non-smoking hotel!) Minus: the new room was small and cramped and fixtures were all old without enough outlets.

Rooms are pretty clean. The issue is the bathroom, where the shower is open all the way, and it still runs on the wall. Also, please consider that the walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors in the middle of the night having " blast night". Breakfast is not something I will recommend. Not much to choose and eggs swimming is some water

Check in was easy, lobby was well kept, dollies were easy to locate and use. Room was well made up. Toilet in our room was a bit wobbly and could've used replacement. We didn't use the pool, but looking inside it looked a little run down. The elevator could've used a good vacuum through it and maybe even some air freshener. The morning breakfast was late and we watched as a worker microwaved frozen eggs. They were still cold and we settled for the waffle maker and cereal. The worker also had long hair and wasn't wearing any hair coverings. That disturbed me a little bit. Our trip was back in mid August, and would be shocked if some of these items are still an issue.

We were traveling through Kearney headed to a wedding and needed a hotel for a night. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. The room was clean and spacious with very comfy beds. The breakfast was good. Didn't have time for the pool but it looked well kept and clean. Easy access off I80 for travel. Would stay here again!
