Don and Troy squeezed us in to fix a damaged thermostat. We are lifelong customers now. Customer service and relatability are so important to us. We value companies that value us as their customers. Was not happy with the service that was provided at my father-in-laws house today.. They came out and charged him way to much for a service call that didn't even fix the problem.. I hope they see this review cause they need to learn to do a better job. Now he is going to have to call someone else that actually knows what they are doing so he can have cold air.

I called to have my A/C looked at because it wasn't working. Two gentlemen came and looked at every possible issue and finally determined that I had wired my new thermostat incorrectly. Instead of charging me for my mistake he corrected it and said have a nice day....wonderful people..awesome business ethic....these guys will definitely be my go to if any actual problems arise...definitely recommend!!

AC stopped cooling on Tuesday afternoon while we were gone. Called Al's on Wednesday morning and they were here on Wednesday afternoon. Ours in an old (30+ years) system and it had been at least six years since anything has been done to it. They determined it needed freon which is no long used so it is very expensive. They charged the system and it is working fine now. Told us that we should have it checked again before cooling season next year and see if any had leaked out. If that happens they advised that it will have to be replaced because of the high cost of the refrigerant.

Quick, efficient and overall very helpful. Super nice, answered any questions we had, they made it their priority to get it fixed right and quickly the first time, without unnecessary fixes or fees. Will only be using this company for now on.

Al's put in a new AC and for years after I had to put more freon. They finally found the leak that was due to their poor installation then proceeded to charge me to fix it. I spent over $200 a year paid to Al's for several years due to their mistake and then they have the gall to charge me for their mistake.
