Alley Rose

Loved this restaurant! Ate here on our roadtrip to California, stopped again on way back. The salad bar is Awesome and all of our food was very good, especially the crab cakes, prime rib and salmon, (melt in your mouth) 😋 Atmosphere and wait staff was Great! Beautiful inside.

They have a great atmosphere with live piano/harp. It looks nice. My drink was pretty good. They have a salad bar included with your meal. But my food was pretty disappointing. The veggie mac literally had ingredients from the salad bar, including lettuce and raw carrots. There was such a thick layer of oil on the shrimp scampi, I didn't even realize there was risotto underneath. It wasn't awful for the price, but I definitely expected more.

My wife's favorite burger in town. I got the burnt ends and a side of fries. Delicious! Sandy the hostess was friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

This restaurant is a delightful find. There is ample parking within a short walk to the restaurant, even for an RV. Their salad bar has so many fresh options and their tomato soup is a real treat, not to be missed. I had the crusted salmon & my husband had shrimp scampi with risotto, each absolutely delicious. We were quite full so we brought pieces of cheesecake & chocolate cake back to the RV for a later evening dessert. Both were fantastic as well. If you're fortunate, you may get Sean as your waiter with impeccable service. The Alley Rose definitely will be one of our stops in Kearney as we travel from Ohio to Colorado!

Always a great stop for lunch or dinner. The lunch buffet is always good with the salad bar. Actually, the salad bar is always great. We always enjoy sitting on the bar side. The other side seems more formal and occasionally has a piano playing.

If you are a first timer to Alley Rose you will not be disappointed at all. First thing the establishment caters to Gluten Free customers. We had to wait an extra 10-20 minutes on our meals. However, it was worth the effort and time. The meals was so delicious and prepared perfectly for our taste. Their stakes was juicy and tender no stake sauce needed. Please save room for dessert you cannot go wrong with a good Cheese cake.

Had a great experience. Osso Bucco was delicious. Very nice atmosphere, good service, and a unique place. Loved every bit of it. Compliments to the Chef, staff, and owners.

I'm from Grand Island, all the steak places here are always full to capacity Fridays & Saturdays, because of that, I've stopped going out. The other day, I felt like having steak, so I started searching & found this place called Alley Rose. As I looked at pictures & reviews, it called my attention & decided to go try it. I ordered a 16-18 oz. Prime rib & it came with vegetables & 2 small potatoes. AMAZING flavor, PERFECTLY cooked & the service was EXCELLENT. Will definitely go back, will talk about it to friends & next time, I'm bringing my family.

Nice restaurant downtown. The fries were warm and soft. They’re not steak fries so they should be hot and crispy. I ordered the western burger medium well but it was well done. Service was good.
