Tom Dinsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. Hailey McKimmey was fast getting us photos because the arrival was so new they hadn't had time to post any yet. Unfortunately we arrived later in the day on a Saturday but never felt like we had become a burden at the end of a long day for the team. Rodney Graham was a great salesman who listened and didn't pressure us. Grant Pyper met with us to give us his best deal in a no nonsense yet polite and professional manner. Jason Carroll worked his tail off trying to find the best deal possible and went above and beyond during negotiations. Rodney, Grant, & Jason never batted an eye at having to stay late with us to close on the deal which we very much appreciated as we live almost 100 miles away. The truck still needed to have some work done so we weren't able to take it home right away, but the team was able to find a driver to deliver the truck right to our door. Overall we are extremely happy with our purchase and our experience at Tom Dinsdale CDJR!

I enjoyed most of my experience with Tom Dinsdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My salesperson, Diego, was amazing! He really listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond for me! He was very friendly, energetic and kind. He was easy to talk to and truly listened to why details I wanted in a vehicle. The first Manager I dealt with, I was not very happy with. In fact, I almost didn’t get a car from them, because of him. His name was Jason. He tried to get me to put $500 down on a car, without even seeing it because there was someone else interested in the car as well, and then put two sales people against each other to try to sell it. He made me feel very uneasy, and almost ruined my whole car shopping experience. There is more to this story, but I will leave it at that. The second manager I dealt with, Grant, was very nice and made the situation better from the previous manager. Grant was very friendly and helped a great deal. He was very apologetic for the first manager. He made me feel way more at ease. The finance manager, Rachel, she did amazing. She was very easy to talk to and explained everything to me in a way that I would understand it. She was very calm and easy going. She answered all questions I had. Diego was gone the day I picked up my car, and Rodney was the sales associate that helped me get my keys and make sure everything looked good. Rodney was very personable and easy to talk to. Like I said earlier most of my experience was very good. The assistant sales manager, Jason, made me feel very uncomfortable as a single woman, trying to shop for a vehicle. After he tried getting me to put a non refundable deposit on a car I never had even seen before, the whole demeanor changed in the office. Everyone else was amazing and made the process very easy, even when I didn’t feel the most at ease after my initial run in.

My truck lost heat and with below freezing temperatures coming in I needed a new vehicle, thanks to the amazing people there I was able to get a car within my budget to survive this winter. Thank you Mr. Jeff and Mr. Jason, your miracle workers!

Won free oil changes for a year, took almost 3 months to get a appt coordinated to work with coupon. (As soon as I advised I had won the oil change it seemed they were suddenly booked) Oil changed on July 2nd, taking over an hour. Glove box was broken when cabin filter was changed. They advised they would take care of it, took until Sept 9th to get me back in, checked the glovebox before leaving only to advise them it still is not repaired…. Still waiting almost 2 months later for them to return their promised call to me advising part is in. (Manager was in meeting when I departed hence then promising to call) We are now over 4 months out from oil change and I will be paying more to repair the glove box they damaged than what my oil change was worth.

Taylr was a outstanding sales rep that checked every box i wanted in a truck. Was very patient and friendly. She kept our daughter entertained during paper work. I would highly recommend taylr as a sale rep to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. Also jason was very thorough and friendly

Taylr is the best car salesperson I’ve ever met she didn’t pressure me into something when she knew I was very skeptical of buying a new vehicle. She was very professional, made everything very understandable, and made me feel like I was making the correct decision I will forever.
