Thiel Family Moving & Transport

They were fast, and the first half of the 48' truck was packed neat and tightly. Then they started getting a little sloppy, and didn't fill the truck to the top. We had ourselves after they left, put stuff on top of the items they put in their, and barely had room.

We used this company back on labor day weekend and after getting moved found that a couplrof items had been broken parts of the entertainment stand had actually been thrown in the garbage can outside by one of the employees. I cintactedcthe company and we came to an agreement on payment for damage however after cintcontacnumerous times since the move no payment has been recieved. Very Shady!

Contacted them a couple of weeks before the move...they were very helpful setting the move! They arrived on time. Were very professional. The move went great. No damage. Highly recommend this company for your move!

Hired them to move a piano. Communication before was great, they were on time, and the group of four gentlemen moving the piano were polite and professional. I would be happy to recommend them and use their services again.

On short notice Jake was able to schedule a 4 man crew to handle our move. The crew showed up on time and did an amazing job. Very efficient, professional and courteous.

Thiel Movers hired unskilled laborers "off the street" to unload my household goods at destination in South Carolina. They made a true mess of placing things--it took relatives a total of 15 work hours to redo placement of furniture and goods!! Neighbors had given me recommendations for Thiel, but they did not come through for me. In addition, they lost parts of a bedframe, broke glass, lost other items, and have not responded to claims made via snail mail or through email.

We used Thiel Family Movers to move us from Columbus to Hastings. It helps to be organized with your things because they work very fast and knowing where you want everything on the unload makes the process go very quickly. We can wholeheartedly recommend them for a fast, quality move.
