Their soft taco supremes were to die over. Really tasty! Planning a trip for sure.

I placed an order through the app. It was a multi person order and extremely customized as well. When I checked in I saw they were out of the Cantina chicken..I had one item with it. When asked if my order was correct, I asked about that one item. They told me they did not have it available. I asked them to remove it and it would be fine. They informed me they could not do that since I ordered and paid through the app. I would need to cancel the order and start over. What were they going to do, not tell me and charge me for the 2 dollar item? I was at the menu board with no cars behind me. I was trying to get the order put together and they asked me to do that out front instead of while waiting in line.... yeah... and inside dining was closed... still. Went to Taco John. Not sure if I'll go back to Taco Bell for a while. Pretty disappointed.

Too much horsing around and getting orders wrong. Garbage overflowing. Tables and floors are dirty. Food is cold aslo

I confirmed my ordered on line. I confirmed my order at the drive thru. I picked up my order and when I got home, it was not what I ordered at all. I would never have order you almost meatless tacos! I got the two teas, but nothing else I ordered and paid for. It would be 50 miles round trip, about two gallons of fuel to correct your order so I just threw away the stuff you gave me. I don't eat lettuce! Until you reopen your dine-in area, I will not come back. I have been offered the wrong order in the dine-in area, but was able to refuse and get the correct order that way three times.

Edited 8/24/2022: things are looking up! Faster service and better food the last few times I've visited. I believe dine in is open now too. Thanks!! Keep it up. I'm just don't understand what takes so long. I have been in the drive through for 25 minutes now and I've pretend made atleast 100 tacos. Are they cooking the meat to order? Everyone likes taco bell so I guess we deal with it. Glad to see we can dine in again.

Staff was nice, but it shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a small mobile order. Also at this current time they are only accepting mobile orders and you if you select to pick it up at the counter, you can't, the doors are locked. Just overall a very frustrating experience.

This ridiculous!!!! I ordered a mobile order and when picked up the wait in the drive-thru was appalling and the food in the bag looked like it was just thrown in the bag haphazardly as if the the order was the biggest waste of time and inconvenience. I am beyond disappointed as this was my families favorite restaurant but I honestly don't know if we will ever go back. I understand short staffing but a 10-20 minute wait at the window and the food thrown in the bag as it was is not issues with being understaffed that is an issue with current staff.

The last few times I’ve been through the drive through, the person who happens to be working the window that day has been so pleasant and friendly, even though they are always super busy. I don’t mind a little bit of a wait. A little patience and understanding go a long way. I went through the drive through the other day and had the same experience. The boy at the window was super nice. I also was surprised when I went to eat and found that I had two extra Cinnabon delights in my two-pack. It’s the little things… Thanks guys!

Have been going to this same Taco Bell for 15 years. Lately, anytime we order cinnamon twists for the kids, we are charged for them but never given them. Also, a on a different visit, we had a smaller sized order. Simple and to the point. Our son wanted 2 soft tacos - only meat and cheese. The order was right on the screen, we paid for them and it showed on the receipt. Looking in the bag when we got home, they were missing and our son was furious with a huge meltdown! We had our food but he didn't!! Taco Bell, specifically in Hastings, is absolutely horrible for that and we will not be returning. A mistake here and there is forgivable. But losing money and missing out on a paid meal is very disappointing, especially when it's every single visit to that location!
