The young ladies that helped my family an I tonight were very polite an courteous. Got our order right, the first time which is as we all know hard to get these days. We will be returning.

It was GROSS... The man who made our sandwiches was Scruffy Looking(like he just crawled out of the Gutter), coughing and chewing tobacco In lower lip. Not very clean and not polite. Next person who came out of the kitchen wasn't very nice either. When we said she ran back into the kitchen. VERY RUDE!!! WON'T EVER GO BACK!!!

Horrible management i've only had a few times i come in the store and am welcomed with good customer service. Almost everyone who works there has an attitude as if they didn't sign up for this job. Any time i ask to change anything on my sand which i am given attitude. Would not recommend.

For 7 minutes my waitress sat and talk to a person in the parking lot

Workers can’t even run the equipment. I placed an online order and got there when it said it was ready. I got there and the food wasn’t even made. The workers had no clue I placed an order. Had zero idea what they were doing and I got served last.

They never get their online orders correct and good luck calling them because they never answer the phone. Most likely won’t go back to this subway.

Mine and my husband's subs were delicious! Made just the way we like them.

3 Tattooed sandwich makers this evening offered an amazing meal experience. Thee best I've had in Hastings yet. Hats off to the 3 professionals. Good job, keep up the good work. 👍

Wife went in and ordered a bmt with extra meat toasted with lettuce and onions as I was on the phone with her. Got home and open up my sandwich, witch was not toasted no double meat no onions and has mayonnaise on it😡 I called store and was informed that there was no way they could get my order wrong, but if I want to drive clear back to town they would make another one. Here's a thought, MAKE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! Also staff was pathetic,rude and seemed to not want to be there. Good job folks!!! Way to make the owner proud of his employees!!!!

The Subway on South Burlington in Hastings, Nebraska has the freshest ingredients! Definitely better than other subways I've been to where they're lettuce is welted and going brown and their shredded mozzarella cheese is starting to mold (Sutton, Nebraska location) and they don't close the lid to their meats, and toppings etc. But if you want the BEST EVER!!!! Subway you'll have to eat at the subway in Keystone, Colorado ❤️ I don't know if it's the altitude or what but it tasted so fresh and different than any Subway I've ever been to like they picked everything fresh before making your sub! The meats tasted better, everything tasted better there! No joke.. Plus Keystone, Colorado is a beautiful place you should go visit there, but it is a pricey town!
