Sleep Inn

You can’t beat the cleanliness of this hotel, the comfort of the mattresses and the warmth of the sheets and blankets. The breakfast is good, has waffles, toast, eggs and sausage plus continental items. And the best part? This place has always been pet friendly. I have stayed at this hotel in Grand Island 4 times now, and have had my dog with me every time. Couldn’t ask for a better place to rest my head.

Again, I have worked for several hotels and was an assistant front office manager for 5 years; You should never say a guests room number out loud and I heard it with multiple guests. …

Overall not a bad place to stay. Clean comfortable and affordable. Good location.

It was a nice hotel. Friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was awesome. It was a bit noisy from patrons upstairs who must have had kids running around. Overall, it met our needs for an overnight stay.

The lady who checked me in was nice and pleasant. If I could rate her; five stars! Everything was pleasant up until nighttime. Remember I drink coffee and like coffee at night. I was not happy about the old coffee in the lobby. Luke warm coffee is what I serve my enemies. I sleep during the night and value a decent rest. My golly!!! So many different distractions from laughing, talking and dogs barking in the lobby at all hours of the night. Maybe the guests were just excited to be at the Sleep inn. Shrug. My room was further down the hallway so you can imagine how befuddled I was. In the morning, I was super excited about what looked like fruit loops cereal they offer during breakfast.I hopped down hallway and to the breakfast bar. I finally got the cereal in the bowl, poured the milk and sat down. After about three bites, it didn’t taste right. I smelled my cereal…. Whoah buddy!!!!!! The milk was sour!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yuck yuck yuck puke! I sat there in solace for about half an hour in disbelief that my breakfast betrayed me. All in all- the lobby and room was clean. The temperature of the shower was hotter than some other hotels. The bed was a decent sleep and the sheets were clean. For the price, which I paid around 95, it wasn’t bad.

Impeccably clean room, comfortable bed and quiet location. Check-inn receptionist was pleasant. In the morning the owner greeted us very pleasantly. All for a very modest price. There are many restaurants nearby several within walking distance. We had a dog; there are nice walking areas NE of the hotel after you cross a builder’s parking lot. We originally went to the Border’s Inn but the room was ridiculously noisy as that hotel is at the intersection of trucking routes. I demanded a refund and then selected this Sleep Inn to which I will return next time.

Met our needs for an overnight stay as we drove across the country. Comfortable, clean, great shower, what more do you need?
