We had an emergency and we had no idea who to call. Nobody in town was calling us back, I called Sewer Rooter and within 10 minutes Brady was at our home. That night we had a leak again in our basement, I called Sewer Rooter back at 6 pm on a Friday night just knowing I wasn't going to get ahold of anyone. To my surprise, the nicest lady answered the phone and I instantly felt relief. not long after , we got a call from Brady. First thing Saturday morning he came out and was able to fix the issue we were having. I don't think he was even on call, he just helped us because he cared. We will forever recommend Brady and the entire Sewer Rooter company. Thank you so much. I have no idea what we would've done without you!

I called them to replace my hot water heater and they came out that morning then I had a pipe that was gushing water into my crawl space and even though they were booked up they made the time to send someone out that morning. He had it fixed and repaired very quickly. They are always on time and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyond

Called and were out within the same day. Even with all the freezing pipes due to the cold right now, Brady wable to squeeze us in. Greatly appreciated the responsiveness to what we took as an emergency in our opinion, even though they are being run ragged right now. I could tell they took our emergency as serious as we did. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have worked with many contractors and subcontractors over the past 5 years, and this company was top notch. They came out within a few days of me calling to look at our septic system. They provided a bid within an hour or two after their first evaluation. Repairs began within a week. The entire process took less than two weeks. The team was great to work with. They explained the issues thoroughly. They were extremely prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use again for any plumbing needs and will highly recommend to others!

I was extremely impressed with the service I received! They fit my sewer backup issue into their busy schedule, the same day I called for service. Also, tackled replacing a leaky hot water heater right on the spot.

When I needed they helped. Main sewage line was blocked. Very great people. Update september 13 2022. Brady did send someone over to replace 5 feet give or take of old cast iron pipe in basement. It was blocked severely. All new PVC pipe so no issues in the future. He did squeeze me into busy schedule. Always will do business with sewer rooter. 👍👍very pleased with service.

Found that our water heater was leaking yesterday afternoon during a significant snow storm. Called Sewer Rooter and left information with their answering service. Within a couple hours Brady had called and discussed the situation. Brady walked me through steps to take to eliminate any potential "larger" issues until they could get out. This morning, even with road conditions being very questionable to say the least, Brady's guys were here and in less than an hour the old heater was out and the new one was in!! Couldn't have asked for better service or a more timely response! (Especially with the conditions) I will definitely be keeping Brady's number handy and will be contacting them for any future plumbing needs!!! I had a really hard job due to some very sensitive fiber optic cables being right next to a sewer line that needed to be replaced. They were able to get it done and did a really good job. They are good at what they do and I don't have to worry about my sewer backing up any more. I am very grateful for everything they did for me.

We have called Sewer Rooter many times over the years for many different issues and we’ve never had a problem. We most often have only seen Brady, but most recently, we’ve met several of Brady’s crew (Ryan, Ryan and Adam) and it doesn’t matter who is here, they are all equally good! They are very professional, friendly, helpful, neat and patient with my questions.😊 And when they are done, they clean up their mess and you cannot even tell they were here! Brady happily discusses the repair with you beforehand, if like us, you have questions or concerns. He is totally upfront and honest, which means a lot in my book. I will not call another company, because I trust Brady! Brady and his employees are simply good at what they do! If they need to be extra careful on a certain job, or in a certain area of your house, they will do so. They obviously take pride in their work and we appreciate them and that attitude greatly!
