Russ’s Market At 6th & Burlington St. – Hastings

Been coming here for years and always very nice people. Tonight bought cart of groceries and check out girl was rude. Needed help out with my stuff and young people standing around one even playing with a rubicks cube no one offered to help and manager I think that's who she was never even looked my way. Have a bad back so grabbed all 8 of my bags and carried them out. Come on people Russ's is too good of a place for you to act this way. Please try atleast a little harder. I will be back because I love this store but tonight was not right.

Found pickled eggs here i loved them sn wish i bought more ... something you dont find in California stores

It's hard to checkout when the cashier walks away when they see you. I guess cleaning registers is more important than earning money. To be honest I knew better a longtime ago, I won't be going back. Hastings is a wonderful place this is way out of the norm for around here. So anyone from out of town don't worry its not normally like this.

Great service. Best bakery in town. Hand crafted donuts made fresh daily. Fresh baked cookies, breads and cakes. Professional cake decorators on duty 7 days a week. Special orders always welcome.

Has a wide variety of specialties and items you can't get in box stores. They carry Nebraska made products such as Sossitos and Fat Boys. Have on site bakery and deli. They were able to add a name to cake with no problem. They also have a large selection of wines and spirits.

Staff is always friendly and they go above & beyond to help if you ever need it. Conveniently located to other shopping places, banks & coffee shops for those with limited transportation options or because we eat too many of Russ's Market's FRESH donuts......DAILY!💕😀 …

The store itself is your generic grocery store it's pricey and nothing's all that special. Except the bakery is amazing their cake decorators are almost second to none, and they'll even serve you a donut covered with bacon.

The best place to get fresh fruits and veggies. And their bakery is always on point. Same as the deli, meats, and fresh seafood. The management team knows how to run a store. Clean and faced with always stocked appearance.

This afternoon I was in the deli and was getting dried beef from Matt. He said it was outdated so went back to get another and the guy I think is manager or co manager followed him up and said "Dude what are you doing with the dried beef I saw you expire?" He said 'Dude this is good and from now on Dude you need to look for sure. Today is the 28th and it was opened the 21st. He was very rude to Matt as I have seen him in action before. He always gives me a bad time about the dried beef. You are the only store in town that carries it and it is very expensive so to be sure I want fresh meat. Allen's used to carry it and the people there were always nice but this guy needs to brush up on customer etiquette. Has a very bad attitude when it comes to customer wishes. I guess I can drive to Grand Island to get it.

The grocery store is well-lit and very clean. They have an in-house bakery that makes an assortment of pastries and donut. More importantly, the prices are very reasonable for the quality. I would highly recommend their pastries and donuts. They also have other foods!
