Rainbow Motel Hastings

I will never stay there again. there was cockroaches in the bathroom sink. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Went to see if there was any mail the next day after we left and asked for the room deposited back and they said no because they said that they took pictures of the room and said that it was a disaster when i know for a fact that it wasnt. Also they allow drugs and prositutes there and the cops are always there. the wifi doesnt work at all even after they so called got it fixed. they are very rude. I would never recommend it to anyone

I had to give it 1 star for the fact that they person who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me and my husband. We will be taking our business elsewhere. It was inappropriate and unprofessional.

Very dirty. Flies in the room. Dirty toilet plunger near my door, next to a dirty water and mop bucket. Damaged walls...space between the outside and the AC wal unit. Creepy shirtless men standing in doorways, watching me. Broken down vehicles in the parking lot, children's toys all over the place, and several bbq grills lining up the walkways. I checked in since this was a sight unseen reservation.... checked back out again and went elsewhere. Sorry...but this is a motel people are living in and not taking care of themselves and the place.

Great ghetto hotel! I've stayed in a few of these places across the country and this was the safest feeling. Not the cleanest but my cats enjoyed chasing the flies, though the time of year was more to blame than anything else for that. Smelled a bit like incense or powder carpet cleaner. Warm and comfortable. The price is better than the KOA camp grounds and far warmer, with a shower!

One star only cause I had to. I have travelled more than 5 thousand miles in the last 2 years and have stayed at some dumps. Calling this place a dump would be a step up. Checked and went to my room only to discover it had not been clean. Beds un made dirty towels on the floor. O and the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed this century I went back to the front desk and told them. O sorry didn't have time meet me at the side door please I did she handed me a hand full of towels soap and toilet paper and closed the door I could go on but the thought of paying 45 dollars for this room makes me sick. I have written alot of reviews for Google maps and have over 100 thousand views

Have been staying here for about 3 months. 2 people have died in there rooms. Most of the. Problem tenants are gone. place is clean. Manager and housekeeper are very nice. Only 6 rooms rented out. Quiet.

The place was so over riden with bed bugs and cochroaches I refused to walk any farther in the room! The health dept.sure isn't doing their jobs! It needs knocked down and rebuilt minus the bugs

My mother made a reservation for us for the evening here and as soon as we get there they tell us that their fax machine is down and even though we had a reservation there were no rooms available! Not to mention that the area looks like drug deals go on nightly. Even though the rates are cheap I don't think this place is even worth it! Save your money and go to a place that feels safer!

Completely disgusting. We reserved rooms and they couldn't give us the correct ones then we asked to look at the rooms they were offering, the carpets we're disgusting and the whole place and the people living in some of the rooms were very sketchy and one of them I saw was definitely on drugs. This place needs to be shut down.

Hmmmmm, how do I start this… so I would NEVER EVER recommend staying here.. I checked in went to my room was greeted with the nastiest room I’ve ever seen. Lights didn’t work, tv was broken, ac didn’t kick out any cold air, the towels and pillows were beyond dirty, the beds didn’t even have boxes to them, I didn’t touch em but I’m pretty sure they were just mattresses on the floor. The showers head was a broken mouthwash bottle…TF seriously. The room next to ours was being completely cleaned out by men wearing trash bags and taped up jeans with bottles of bug sprays in front of the door. They were in the process of pulling all the carpets out of the room. The room we stayed in was connected to that room by a boarded up entry way with a nice little gap to the room on the other side. When we had talked to the people at the desk there was a roach on their floor, and when I told them I WAS NOT staying there they asked if they did something wrong… I told them it was nasty and the guy told me nasty how? Did you find bed bugs in your room? I didn’t say anything about bugs just that it was dirty and he confirmed they had bugs. As I left I was relieved to be finding somewhere else to stay, I drove past guests opening garbage bags to put stuff in them and a stack of dirty mattresses in their entrance I didn’t see when I checked in. Oh by the way, the photos they have posted on here are not at all what you get. It was like being catfished on your first date. Nothing they showed was true to picture. I rate this place 0 STARS!!! I was debating on sleeping in my car……I’ve never wanted to immediately barf when first walking into a room but I just about did.
