Impressed!! Yesterday I went in with a flat tire, they found 2 nails in my tire and patched it up quickly. I was in and out within 20 minutes. These guys really cared about what I wanted done with my vehicle and never once pressured me into buying any extra unnecessary items! On my way out the door, the technician not only asked if I had anything else that I needed help with, he thanked me again, held the door for me, and wished me a great day. I am very confident in their business! Thank you for your help guys!! Highly recommended!

The Quick Lane team is awesome. Very punctual and professional every time I go in. They offer a courtesy ride if I need to be anywhere during my service time. Couldn't recommend them enough! Started getting my vehicle service there several years ago and have gone there every time until I moved from Hastings. They even sent over my service history after I moved cities.

They took great care of my old Jeep I was needing some tires installed before winter they did check everything else out let me know my brakes were almost gone which I very much appreciate. Pricing was very good for the mount and balance and I appreciate the care they took. Will definitely continue to do business with them going forward!

I can not say enough about how helpful they are here. My son is is at school in Hastings and had problems with his truck. They were kind enough to go across the street, get his truck started and take it to the shop and fix. I was calling from another state so truly appreciated their assistance.

called to see about getting my tires filled due to the fact that none of the three gas stations had a working air pump. My light was on and i needed it done before work. Filled for free and pretty fast too. Have also bought and got a new tire installed for a decent price. Always polite people.

Great place for oil change,tires,and auto maintenance. The shop is professional and checked my vehicle for problems.

The service was Great but upon checkout the service writer went thru the things that were done and told me my cabin air filter was a little dirty at which time I advised him I had just changed it a week ago. I checked my glove compartment and nothing had been moved so it is hard to check when it is behind the glove compartment. I now question what was done. Was every thing done or not?

Austin and his team today we're rock stars. My son had a low beam bulb burnt out on his durango. He's a college kiddo with no tools etc. He called Quick lane to see if they could help put the bulb he bought, in for him. He made an appointment, took it in and 30 minutes its done. They charged him only labor which was less than the light. WOW! No taking advantage of or any hassle whatsoever. Thank you for helping him out! They saved the day!

I arrived a few minutes early 20 to be exact and they took my vehicle in right away. They called as soon as it was done. They were friendly, courteous , cooperative and very informative. I would recommend Quick Lane to everyone needing service

Although everyone is very friendly at this location, I took my car in for an oil change and was told I would probably need new tires so I had them order 4 new tires. I went back and had the tires replaced and with that an alignment. Soon after I noticed my vehicle pulled to the left which it did not do before as well as my wiper fluid was completely empty for which should have been filled during the oil change. I also had one tire that would repeatedly go low. I called them and again, very friendly and told me to bring it back in. I mentioned again the low tire, the wiper fluid and the alignment for which I was assured would be taken care of. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I noticed I now had 2 low tires, no wiper fluid. My alignment is good now however. Just like a previous review, I too wonder if any services were ever really performed. I had to go buy some wiper fluid and put it in myself as well as airing up the tires and made an appointment at the dealership to make sure my oil had really been changed and a tire check. I will not be returning to this location.
