Poor customer service at front desk. Had to change room due to water leak in bathroom ceiling.

Was decent hotel didn't use wifi enough to test . Beds were older and first was creeky with every move fridge could of been a little bigger defrosted . Towel rack was tilting worried it was gonna fall shower pressure good just wish had a …

Came in with my 91 year old aunt we just relocated from Texas to Hastings, she is wheelchair bound and they were aware of this. We all were at the front desk getting a ground room floor since we have a wheelchair. The owner gladly took our money are rented a room just down the hallway. He watched us open the room door and struggle to get the wheelchair in the room. It would not fit. We only opened the door to get wheelchair in and we came back to the front desk and told him we obviously cannot fit the chair in and we’ll have to go to another motel. We asked for a refund and the owner went off on us a denied to give us a refund. He said we made the room dirty by opening the door. We then noticed 5 min later the room was added back to booking.com for $4 dollars cheaper. Very disappointed and cannot belief we were all treated the way we were.

We were disappointed in our stay. We initially booked a room at Comfort Inn, but then a week before our stay, we switched over to Quality Inn, as we thought it would be a good switch. Just wasn't the case. The hair in the bed just wasn't a good start to the stay. I should have said something, but didn't . Very disappointing.

Very comfy new beds!!! Clean rooms, friendly staff. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks!

We got a bottom floor room because we needed to be able to get our 91 year old aunt in a wheelchair in and out easily. The owner of the motel let us rent the room seeing she had a wheelchair and then when we went to try and get her into the room her wheelchair wouldn’t fit. Took us about 5 or 10 min before we decided we weren’t going to be able To stay at this motel. We had to fight to try and get the owner to refund us money so we could try and go to another motel. He would not give us our money back. Finally, he said he would but was charging us $20 cleaning fee for entering the room. All we did was open the door and try to get the wheelchair in. After he charged us a cleaning fee about 5 min later the room was put back on booking.com for $4 less. Room wasn’t cleaned and we were treated terribly and yelled at by him.

Descent room, tv didn’t work, but staff fixed and help connect internet, nice stay, just missed an elevator to reach second floor for available king bed

The staff was rude, there was NO parking and there were 40 people tailgating and drinking in the parking lot at midnight. I did not feel safe.

It was fine. Suite had plenty of room. Bathroom somewhat small considering stayed in suite, but nice enough for me. Wifi was slow. Clean facility which is much appreciated! Staff were friendly.
