Pooh Corner Day Care & Preschool

My son goes here and he enjoys it very much and the staff are very professional and patient with the children. I'm happy my child is in such capable hands

The staff is great with the kids! They provide a schedule and have planned daily activities with the kids. The children there are friendly and make lifelong friends. Great place to have children grow, learn and make memories!

Not sure how this location is doing recently but like 6 years ago I worked here and I'm happy that linda left because she was very verbal toward the kids and wasn't very nice to the staff. Please if you choose this daycare take them to the church location by russes. They do a much better job.

My son attended Pooh Corner on Lincoln several years ago and I never had any issues but most recently I enrolled my daughter at the 9th Street location and I am extremely disappointed with our experience. The employee retention is poor and communication between staff members is lacking. We would pick her up at the end of the day and the person left to care for her would have no idea whether she napped or ate that day. I had multiple interactions with the Director regarding their food policies and went as far as contacting the State of Nebraska due to some food sensitivities and was never able to constructively resolve the issue with the Director. I finally found other childcare, gave my notice according to my contract but again Director did not notify me that I would be charged for an entire week. My personal experience could have been improved with better leadership within the organization but I also realize that recruitment within a small community is challenging.

Great place for kids to be themselves and learn. They do what they need to for children and staff to be safe and comfortable. Hope is an awesome director.
