Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab (PTSR)

I worked with Mark for about 3 1/2 months to rehab from shoulder surgery. He is very professional, while also being encouraging, friendly, extremely knowledgable, and very observant as to how clients are experiencing the assorted exercises. He customizes exercises to each client so they are improving, while not over-exerting. I could not have had a better experience and I highly recommend this organization. During the covid-19 period, they are following every client's use of all equipment with immediate cleaning before anyone else touches them. I felt safe there, was in very professional hands, and appreciated their efforts for cleanliness, and expert knowledge.

PTSR is a wonderful establishment. Everyone was so helpful and nice. If you weren't doing the exercises right they would let you know and then show you what you were doing and then show you the right way. You never had the same trainer. You had a variety of them. Each one had their own techniques, which was very helpful. I would go back to PSTR in a second and I would send my family and friends also. It was a good experience.

Absolutely GREAT experience. The staff of PTSR were extremely diligent in the rehabilitation of both my hip and both knee replacements. They work very hard to return you as close to "original" as possible. The atmosphere is friendly, cordial and professional in every respect. Thank you so much for your help and rehabilitation. I strongly recommend PTSR to anyone wishing a great experience with rehab.

I have had the pleasure of attending PTSR several times for different injuries I have had. Not only do they make you feel welcome the make you feel so much better!! The do a great job there and I would never go to any other place to do physical therapy. They are extremely professional and know exactly what needs to be done to get you healed. The only thing I can say bad about the people there is that you end up liking them so much you don't want to leave...Thanks PTSR for everything you have done for me..You get five stars from me for sure!!!!

PTSR is the longest standing and most experienced clinic in the area and I personally have referred orthopedic patients since one of the oldest therapists came to Hastings. I have personally been treated by several of their therapists and they all have been very professional and helpful in all of my experiences. The supportive staff is friendly, professional and always pleasant in their patient interactions! I strongly recommend them for your many types of therapy needs!

I have been to PTST probably a fifty times for a number of injuries in the last 25 years and they always have the answer to get me back in action. Everything from neck pain, rehab after foot surgery, muscle pulls and sprains.The whole group is fun to work with!

They've helped me get past the initial fear of doing PT after knee replacement surgery. I look forward to my next visit each time I'm there. How I'm doing is shared with me and they help show me new exercises I can do at home that will help. They noticed what is called a fracture blister and took a picture of my leg and e-mailed to my doctor's office. Wasn't long and I received a message to get an antibiotic prescription to help. From the very minute I arrive everyone is so friendly and I feel like they really care about how I'm feeling and what can they do to make my life better. George Anderson

I enjoy each day that go here mainly because i know that everyone working here is happy to see me and is happy to see my injuries start to get better. The people here are all very welcoming to new people and too frequent patients and will always try and succeed at putting a smile on everyone's face that shows up there. They are also very thoughtful of their patients in the sense of taking care of our needs and or wants. I can't say i like going to PTSR in the sense that I'm frequently getting new injuries, but i do enjoy what they do for everyone including me in order to make us better.

Austin and the entire staff were a joy to work with. They really care about their patients, physically and emotionally. Always friendly with a smile.

I really love coming to PTSR! The staff is really friendly and helpful, and I always feel welcome. I have really benefited from the physical therapy sessions with my therapist, my back is greatly improving, and my therapist even knows me well enough to pick a music station that I would love!
