1st off- tech Lukas came up from Hastings to St Paul with terrible road conditions. Kudos for that alone! I've been planning to replace all my mechanicals come spring but was concerned my furnace might not make the winter. After inspection and cleaning, as well as changing my filter, it looks like I'm safe for at least a year. He discussed some options for the 'replace' plan considering my space and home construction, and I'm awaiting final figures and options with price/benefit/efficiencies to make a decision. Prices will be good for 3 months, which seems fair since inflation/supply chain issues, etc are so volatile. Lukas was very neat in his work, honest in his evaluations (suggested keeping the functional current air purifier and humidifier vs encouraging replacement) kept me informed throughout and was just darn nice to deal with!

About a year ago I had an electric water heater replaced. They scheduled me right away, they were on schedule and very efficient with the installation. The representatives of this company i.e. secretary, plumbers and receptionist are very professional and courteous. They take the time with you to find out what work you need completed and answered all my concerns. Thank you for making this an easy process.

We use Midstate for our Irrigation business & today is the first time I've used them for disposal replacement at my home. They've always been great. Special shout out to Gordy. Every interaction, from calling and talking to Eric to get our appointment set up to working with Juan the plumber was excellent. They were quick and responsive. Juan was friendly and professional and worked so hard to figure out what the heck was going on. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but when you do, I highly recommend Mid-State.
