Little Caesars Pizza

It was a fine experience. I LOVE the new updates they've done. It seems so much cleaner and up-to-date. The flooring is still a little haphazard, so watch your step. My biggest complaint was how hot the sauce was. I get that you want it to be warm but it BURNT my hand. It was red and throbbing for probably an hour. Turn that sauce down a tad. I also think they've upped their customer service a bit, I don't feel like I'm a nuisance when I order anymore. The clerk who took my order was very nice and smiley.

If I could give zero stars I would. I used to love Little Ceasars, but today was awful. I ordered our pizza & breadsticks over the phone at 6:30 PM. They said I'd be 8-10 minutes. We showed up 12 minutes later and it still wasn't done. Waited another 15 min. And the gal said she didn't know how much longer it'd be because they were running behind. Waited another 15 minutes, again. Then she tried to give me a pizza that wasn't at all what I ordered. Then Mike began helping me. He said didn't know what had happened, but that I could keep the pizza as is and they'd get the correct one going for free. Then he also added that they'd also reimburse me for what I had already paid. He was very nice and I understand if its a rough night. But my goodness it was too much. It'll be awhile before we go try them again.

Little Ceasars in Hastings Nebraska has rude staff that don't even acknowledge your there while looking right at you We found long hair in our pizza. Stay away from this place. It's millennial staff! Rude and don't care.

Generally a great place but I ordered ahead to have ready at my convenience and when I arrive they took from my order to give to someone else so now I’m waiting what a joke not even an I’m sorry

Walked in to get a hot and ready thin crust to be told we don’t do hot and ready thin crust but have a sign on glass that states from 4-8 that hot and ready but manager on duty tells me his boss told him not to have hot and readys for thin crust ready then why advertise on glass when u walk in

Love their garlic butter and stuffed crust pizza!! Tonight, our pizza was spot-on! Everything ordered was perfect. There was a miscommunication on the hot wings, and was taken care of in record time! Good job guys and gals!!

Very rare do they actually have a 'hot n ready' ready. Even if you order one it takes them at LEAST half hour. Do don't go there I'd your in a hurry.

They special make pizzas for you, they make you feel like you are not a nuisance. inside dining room is small

I usually love little caesars but here lately they have been slacking. At first when I tried the half pizza half cheesy bread it was great. But today I was very disappointed with my order. They say its half. Well mines more 2/3 pizza 1/3 cheesy bread. And the way it was cut was all wonky and just didn't look right. Ill still order because I love the cheesy bread because its a good price.

Placed an order ahead for a specific time and they had my pizza in the warmer for nearly an hour. Because a worker there had called my name and let me know it was done while I was waiting on an order for a friend. Then when I came back an hour later to pick up my pizza. They had tried to give me that old pizza. I talked to the manager because I had placed my order for the desired time with the gal at the counter, and she told me ok, it would be ready for me at the time I had asked. They ended up remaking my order, which was great. However, the manager told me I couldn't order my pizza like that again. I asked why, he then asked if I had called it in, I said, " No I placed the order in person to the gal right there. " And she agreed. She took my name, phone number, and everything at the time of my order. The manager was just rude about it....
