Leon was fabulous very courteous and very accommodating and understanding especially with my lack of phone communication and waiting for us to detain our dogs and then having to go all the way back to office for additional supplies since our yard is so large. Really appreciate your time and work to get us all hooked up even in the hot sun. Greatly appreciate everything all of your guys did today. You guys are awesome.

They put my service on hold the day of for more info but they ended up already having the info so they had to push the appointment back to the next day. Ted was pretty nice tho my daughter enjoyed watching him do his thing. He was very nice process was very quick and simple. Showed up on time and even called me to lmk when he was coming so I could be ready. Besides being put on hold my experience was pretty good.

Alan was very friendly. He went over everything with me and made suggestions. I appreciate the suggestion of taking pictures of the modem for future reference. He also went over some troubleshooting issues that may arise and steps we can take before calling for help. Alan was great! We are looking forward to better and more reliable internet with great customer service!

David was very professional and nice! He explained to me at my level of knowledge. Worked quickly and effectively. My pup kept trying to see what he was going and David didn’t mind it and would interact with my pup. 10/10 would recommend David to anyone!

Lanita was absolutely the best! She went well above and beyond to help me!!! I had made many calls to the company without resolve until Lanita. FINALLY I found someone who actually helped me and made all the previous calls worth it to get her on the task. For not knowing me s he stayed patient and was so professional and was so pleasant. If I have concerns or questions I will definitely request her to help me! Need more like her! Ask for Lanita
