I've never had a bad experience at kfc. They are consistently friendly and food is always good.

Food was good and they were back up real bad. They got me through real fast. Great 👍 job 2 thumbs up 👍

Food are good 👍 but service is just so bad , don't remember how may times ..it's ridiculous. We order a bucket of chicken and a sandwich, we got home there's no sandwich. We live like 30 miles from where the KFC are .this is not a first time happened but 3x .. 👎

2 years ago when I first visited this restaurant, I gave it a five-star review. After an appalling visit this morning that devolved into a near shouting match with (who I assume is ) the manager, I can't say I'd even return at this point. It is not worth the constant incorrect orders and rude treatment just to get some chicken. There are plenty of places in town that have good drive-thru chicken. Over the last two years the service has gotten increasingly worse and their attention to detail as well. This morning, it seemed as if my order had been intentionally prepared incorrectly. Asking for chicken sandwich without mayonnaise and then receiving one with so much mayonnaise that it drips out of the wrapper onto your hands and clothes is ridiculous. But that said, I was perfectly happy for them to remake my sandwich and I wasn't even angry - Until they refused to dispose of the piece of garbage dripping mayonnaise in 90° heat and expected me instead to store it in my car. If covid regulations keep you from taking food back to dispose of it and you're not going to put the effort into getting orders right, just put a garbage can after the drive-thru window. If you haven't done that and you are obviously wrong for having messed up the order, have someone come out with a trash can. It's actually that simple. Other restaurants do it. But if your manager is going to come over and start speaking to a customer in raised voices without even asking what the problem is... Of which, she actually had the complaint incorrect... I don't really understand what you expect other than for the customer to respond in kind. There's a lot of publicity about how everyone needs to be nice to the service workers... And I fully support that and always have... But at the same time, you also need to treat your customers with at least the bare minimum of respect.

was charged $2 for dipping sauce but was never given any, one of the only places i go to that charges for sauce and i feel if they charge they should actually give you what you paid for

Date 8/21/22 6:30pm I’m going to start off with saying I’m a dasher and I was picking up a order and I just have to say that IM INSANELY IMPRESSED WITH THE GROUP OF TEENAGERS WORKING VERY HARD WITH A SMILE ON THERE FACES THEY ALL WERE DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB! These kids were running the store on there own and doing a great job at it they are not like typical kids these days I was so impressed with how great they were doing

The lines here are always long and it takes a long time to get your food but if you're willing to wait for it it's pretty tasty

They discontinued the cornbread muffins, green beans, and the family size chocolate cake. I used the drive thru, ordered my meal, get told sorry, we don't have green beans anymore. :/ Ordered the chocolate cake expecting a family size one, as shown on the menu board, NO, GOT A LITTLE DONUT SIZE CAKE. When I asked the person at the window, they looked dumbfounded and said that is all they have. And it was almost $5.00 for a chocolate cake donut!? And the chicken is greasy. Everything usually does taste good, but... getting disappointed with them.
