The employees were very helpful in selecting flooring for our new home. All 3 types of flooring look very good. We are excited to finally move in very soon. The only problem I experienced was mathematical with correct amounts, correct sales tax percentages and having to verify that all credits were received. I am an accountant so I was probably more diligent in analyzing that aspect of the sale. I would definitely return if the need arises and would be glad to recommend your business.

We worked with Jason for all of the flooring in our new house and he was great! He was very knowledgeable about each of the products, easy to get in touch with, and has checked in with us multiple times even after installation to make sure we are satisfied with our choices. Jacobi’s had numerous options in all different price ranges which made it easy to select options for each of our rooms that fit our budget. We also felt like we got great quality at an excellent price!
