Great Team caring for my Grandparents!

I don’t think this is a good place they r a joke they make you go to work even when you tell them someone tested positive for covid then they fire you for it what a joke

Home Instead has been an answered prayer for my husband and I. He has Parkinson's with some dementia. We had another Agency that could not keep "consistent" care. This was not only frustrating for my husband but for me as well. We never knew who was going to show up. That is not the case with Home Instead. They are professionals. They communicate with you not only by phone and computer but in person! You know who will be in your home "before" they are scheduled! They do their best to align personalities. My husband seems to thrive with the care he receives from Home Instead. Not too long ago my husband wanted his care person to bath him instead of me. Music to my ears!!!

Home Instead is a great choice for in-home care. Service rates are in line with others in the area and they offer a variety of services to meet your loved ones needs. My family opted to use Home Instead when my grandmother became ill. We never got to utilize the service as she quickly passed; however, the process to set up service was extremely easy. Home Instead even came up to the hospital during the pandemic to assess my grandmother and answer any questions about service that my family had. I also work for Home Instead and would not have entrusted her care to any other company. Home Instead is both great to work for and with.
