They do a fantastic job getting my dogs medication scripts from my vet, processed and to shipped to me efficiently. Great customer service.

I actually ordered the wrong oral medicine syringe. I called and the customer service person was able to order the correct one. You company is the best.

I love Heartland Vet Pharmacy. Always consistent in providing my fur babies their meds. Only issue I have is with the post office delivery. It would be better to ship UPS or Fed Ex? The postal system is inconsistent and is very lacking in their deliveries.

Their express shipping is far from express. They require you to cancel by phone, but don't answer the phone until 'after the shipments have been picked up'. They don't delineate what 'express shipping' means which is a bait and switch so they can upcharge you without service. NEVER do business here.

Quick and easy orders, meds came pretty quickly. We had an issue with the syringe to use the compounded suspension meds, the numbers wore off after second use and the plunger got totally stuck even though we washed it out thoroughly. We called the company and the remedied the problem. Happy with Heartland

I received Ms Bailey's heart med about a week ago. Ms Bailey's been very good about taking her medication and actually enjoys taking it because it tastes really good. The pharmacist was able to flavor it with two of her favor flavors beef and chicken, what could be better for a dog with a heart murmur but medications that is tasty good and good for her. I only gave 4 * since it's only been a week.

I have been using Ottimmune for my dog for over a year. I was using another supplier which was quite expensive. I found Heartland and was surprised at their cost. I ordered immediately from them and everything went smoothly. I will definitely continue to use them for my dog.

I have ordered from here a number of times over the last 5 years or so. Their service is so prompt! I placed an order at 10 a.m. this morning and was notified it was shipped out with tracking number included within two hours of my order being placed. I highly recommend them!!

They ship slow. With vet approval in-hand expect a seven day timeframe. Minimum. They know but I surmise they don't care. Prescriptions. Annoying. And at a pretty steep charge. They make it hard to do business with.

Found them through google shopping as they offer one of the lowest prices around for the medication my dog needs. Placing the order on their website was easy enough and when I initially emailed a question, they responded right away. Awesome I thought, but when my Vet sent them the prescription the following evening, it was like pulling teeth to get an order update. I gave them the benefit of doubt as my Vet sent the script after hours, but I expected the order to ship the following business day, especially when I stressed how important it was for my dog to receive this medication in the initial email. After several emails to customer service went unanswered the next couple days (surprise, surprise after you pay them), I finally called to inquire. I was told they are short staffed and behind on emails. Ok but why did you tell me my order would ship right away during our initial communication which you responded to in less then 10 minutes? This will be my last experience with this company and I will be canceling future auto ship orders.
