I came to get the tain sensor credit. Doors locked. I called from outside explaining that I had printed receipt. Finally manager came a out then went back in and gave me wrong form.

Tell me why my bill is 80 to 150 every month then when I receive liheap that would be enough for 2 months during a pandemic its much needed help this company sends me a bill of 280 curious because my usage was actually less also im not the only customer this happened to and their employees are extremely rude

As a single man I think it's ridiculous I have to pay for what an average family of 4 uses in water for an ENTIRE YEAR before they can just bill me for what I actually use. Not sure if it's fraud or robbery. Maybe both? U should be ashamed of how u do business
