This one blew the others out of the park! I got new tires, breaks and rotors on my truck! Everything looks and works perfect. The truck drives very smoothly. The Quick Lane location in Hastings is always first rate. Courteous staff, minimal wait time, thorough inspection, in-person report on the vehicle's current maintenance status. I have never been surprised by additional urgent maintenance needs (like brake pads, for example) because I have been informed at every visit about what maintenance my vehicle might need in future appointments.

I was with my niece who works at Hastings Ford. I had to come to work with her so I could spend some time with my nephew when got off work. My nephew who is my niece's daughter picked me up at her work and we went to a restaurant and when my niece got off work she joined us at the restaurant. Hastings Ford is a nice place and the people are friendly and willing to help you

Went into the dealership just with the intention of looking at a truck I had seen online. By the end of my visit, I was the proud owner of a Chevrolet Colorado. Sherri Paul was extremely helpful. At no time during the process did I feel any pressure. Everything was done with "Let's see what we can do" feel. Joe Clarey also went above and beyond to help get us approved even with less than stellar credit. As a life long Chevrolet man the only down side I can say is there were too many Fords there. All in all a five plus star experience and I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking for a Ford.

I live by Des Moines, Iowa, and was in the Hastings area visiting family for Christmas. The "change oil" light came on in my truck, so I took it to Quick Lane for the oil change. The staff was extremely friendly. They listened to what I wanted done and did just that! They did not try to "up-sell" me anything or try to do more than what I wanted done. I would highly recommend this service center to anyone needing vehicle maintenance done.

Hastings Ford employees are amazing truly. I like how they never pressure you. The people are not the problem, it's the FORD that is My 2019 Ford explorer was GREAT! BUT when I upgraded to a 2021... its been the worst car I've ever owned. Left me stranded at 8k miles. And issues again at 20k miles.... RUN FROM THE 2021!!
