The people here know what they are doing and are always willing to talk about games. If they don't have a certain game they are willing to get it for you. The customer service really is just outstanding.

If you can get in there when AJ or Justin (No idea if Justin still works there, but he was awesome.) then you are set. They are both awesome and helpful. Best part is they are knowledgeable and actually provide quality intel in regards to what to buy or pre-order. If it isn't one of those two working, then honestly, I try to avoid the place.

I went in on Black Friday. Just started to browse around the aisles and the man up front kept his eyes on me and it was bothering. I was also with 2 other friends so he must have felt suspicious of something. So it gets to the end where I go up to him to check out. We were going to purchase Fallout 76. He asked us all for I.D’s because we all looked young. My brother and his friend are both minors so they couldn’t pay for it so I decided to pay for them. He asked for my I.D and I showed it to him. His reply was “You’re barely 17.” The requirement of buying a Rated M game is to be 17, well? In his mind that wasn’t right. So by then we all felt offended by his words of choice. Then after we just decided not to get it because of the way he was acting with me. Then I asked about the sale on playstations. He then got irritated and tried to answer our questions as fast as he could so we could step out of the line. He was surely in a hurry to help his customers haha. The point of being a cashier at a gaming store is to always make sure you give out the right information and try to help out as much as you can. But after this experience I will never return to this location ever again. And by the way I went home and bought Fallout 76 for half the price at GameStop haha. Don’t recommend coming here!

Lots of change and turn over with staff. Best staff they had was a guy named Justin. He was amazing and always helpful. It is what it needs to be. Not bad, not great.

The guy working the counter there was super friendly helping pick out some games for my kids. Gave me the pros and cons for some other games. Let me know what the game ratings were as he was recommending them. Would stop there again! P.s. I like the stock!
