My father thought that out pilot light had gone out again, and after a brief call and a courteous follow up before arrival, David and his team member from Extreme were happy to analyze the situation and affirm that it was lit and working properly. Due to the ease of this, they waived the service charge, and quickly prepared to tackle the cold again for their next appointment. Thank you so much for the time!

To say I was underwhelmed by their service would be the understatement of the century. My husband and I first spoke to Dave last September when we were looking at buying a home that needed a lot of work. He quoted us $2500 on new plumbing and upstairs bathroom addition, we thought it was super cheap but went with it. When he came back a month later (October) he quoted us $8000! We took some time to get over the sticker shock and move finances around (we had not planned for this at all since he had quoted us way less). Towards the beginning of November we met again and started asking if there were ways we could cut down on the price (ie. buy our own sink, bathtub etc.). Every time we mentioned something he said okay and the upped the price (we ended up providing our own kitchen sink, toilets, shower base, bathtub, water filter, water softener system, and kitchen faucet) so in the end we got all those things and he still charged us over $8,000. Once we paid him at the beginning of November he said he would have his guys out first week of December. I called Extreme about once a week starting in December until they came in January. I was told that several guys had quit on them but Dave would "make it right" since we were looking at having to be in our rental longer due to the delay. In mid-January they only pulled out a few things and put in minimal plumbing (They did not even do it correctly and cut into our 108 year old hardwood floors that I was considering using). I Finally got a hold of them in mid February and they said they were done until we were ready to put in fixtures. By that point we had to stop all work on our house until the end of school because we were too busy. In June we finished what we were going to and gave Extreme a call. It took us a week and a half to get a response from anyone but the receptionist and then we were told we were dropping a ball on them we should have called earlier. When they finally showed up they said they had so much work to do and the work place was a mess (it was cleaner than it had probably ever been). Instead of asking us to clean it up and build a wall for the water heater they did it and said they were going to charge extra. They then sent two apprentices over who worked for a couple hours and spent the next couple hours talking about how they could not do much because Dave was not there (this was the "extra" work we got charged for). When they went to put spigots in they informed us that that could not put them in where we requested due to air ducts (I don't know why they didn't see this the first six times we showed them). They placed the vent for the hot water heater right where we were planning to build on in the future, which means we'll have to divert it somewhere else as part of that work. They put the waterlines to our vanity really far apart and now we have to cut a drawer down to make the vanity work (we have had this vanity since day one and not once did they ask for information on it) the vanity is not centered under the sink light either. This evening when I went to clean out below our kitchen sink I found a leak from the disposal that has formed a puddle and seeped into our brand new cabinet($500) causing the finish to bubble, which means it will eventually rot out. Dave did not comp us any money and just went on and on about how much money he has in the house. If he thought it was too cheap he should have quoted us more in the first place. They even took all the copper plumbing and left the rest of the old plumbing thinking that we would not notice. Every interaction I had, Dave would listen to my husband and take into account what he had to say but hardly listened to me. I felt ignored and insignificant in our conversations which made me feel uneasy about leaving him to do the work at our house (I am more particular). I would like to say they were hard to get a hold of but their work was worth it but I cannot even say that. I would advise you go with anyone else if it is at all possible.

We had an emergency and had terrible responses and services from other plumbers. Krystal was the receptionist and very nice and very prompt, when she said she would call back she called back very quickly. Vince and Terrell were our pair of plumbers and they were professional, friendly and called before they got here just like we asked. They worked with us and were extremely responsive and kind. They showed up surprisingly fast and got straight to work. Would definitely recommend.

I've used Exteme Plumbing on several occasions. They have installed a toilet for me. Found and repaired a leak. Repaired my sewer. Each time they were friendly, courteous and got done in a timely matter. Any job big or small I would recommend them.

I wanted to remodel my bathroom. After reading some reviews and talking to some people. I decided on Extreme Plumbing. After calling Dave came by and gave me an estimate that I thought was fair. He was very friendly and helpful. He even gave me advice on the best fixtures so I could save some money. When Extreme Plumbing started the job they were always on time and got done when they were scheduled to. They were always friendly and cleaned up and never left a mess behind. I would advise anyone who needs plumbing work done big or small to call Extreme Plumbing.

I've called Extreme Plumbing on a couple of occasions when I'm having plumbing problems. On a Sunday I had a water leak. I called them and Dave answered the phone right away. I told him my problem and asked if he could come over on a Sunday and take a look at it. He said no problem and that he would be right over. He was over to my place within the hour. He immediately indentified where the leak was coming from and fixed it right away. On another occasion I had him change out my toilet. On both occasions he was always kind and courteous and got done in a timely manner. I recommend Extreme Plumbing to who anyone who needs one.

We had a sewer line that we thought had collapsed, turns out it was clogged up. When we contacted them, they got us worked in as soon as possible. When they came out to do the job they were very professional and efficient. The owner is such an honest, fair guy. Gave us a fair price and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend Extreme Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have!

I cannot say enough great things about David and his crew. I have had several plumbers in the past that were not good and took advantage of me. This made me skeptical that I would ever find a good plumber. Well that all changed with Extreme Plumbing. Not just a good plumber, but an excellent plumber. When our sewer collapsed I knew I had to find someone I could trust. I am so very happy that Extreme Plumbing was referred to me. Best ever. They have completely restored my faith and I will use them every single time for every plumbing need that I have. They had the work done quicker than I thought they would and were very reasonable. They are so good to me and my family (including our pets). I honestly feel that they care about us and want to make sure we are taken care of. I have some remodeling projects for the future and they will definitely be doing all of that. I trust them completely and that is a great feeling.
