Enlightened Athlete helped me in a MASSIVE way. After breaking my neck, suffering from nerve damage and other injuries, I lost a ton on weight and strength. Working with Enlightened Athlete made me MUCH stronger, faster, and I gained 30 pounds! They also got me in a much better metal state. Google needs more stars for Enlightened Athlete!

I started with Shae a little over three months ago - lost 12.1% body fat, gained lean muscle, and most importantly changed my view on what physical fitness is and how it fits into my life. He doesn't give you goals, he gives you a system. He pushes you but remains concerned for your safety, and he will re-route your mind on what healthy means to you. He will introduce you to workouts you can enjoy. No shortcuts, no magic drinks, just a lot of hard work. If he has your dedication to his workouts and nutrition, he will improve your physical wellbeing ten-fold and always push for progress. Your whole mindset will change and you will be "killin' it" 24/7.

Great place to workout! Shae is awesome at what he does! I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and he has literally changed my life. Super clean and always friendly! Can’t say enough good about this place!!!
