We have taken our cars to Andy/Eldons for a few years. After each service my car Interior is vacuumed at no additional cost They always provide me a ride to work which is priceless and appreciated. Great quality service

I took my vehicle for a 4 wheel balancing which was quoted to me at $48. I was charged $140 because they add labor. I was never told that. I was ready for around 50 or 60 Like it should have been based on the price I was told. BUT. The biggest issue I have is it was done wrong. The balancing sheet said they put 10 ounces on each wheel. No car/truck should take that much. He said it was just my tires. Which I’ll admit are softer rubber. But still, brand new. So they slapped on weights and sent me on my way. My vehicle had no shake before and after it was way to bad to even go 45 MPH. The owner said it would be two weeks till they could maybe see it to recheck it. I will say the other owner was way more helpful. She said maybe Tuesday they could help if the tech isn’t gone. But I haven’t heard anything. Since I had to go out of town I had them re balanced. They were WAY off. The weights were not even sticking all the way and they didn’t put any on the inside wheel. Would not recommend based on my experience and lack of trust.

Very friendly. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. They sent text updating the progress. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I never actually met anyone here but they did everything they could to get me on the road. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They always keep you informed on the progress of your vehicle.

I just had my car serviced at Eldons Automotive and it was a great experience. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and they treat you with respect. The owners are very honest and have shown many times how much they care for their customers. I will always recommend Eldons Automotive to everyone. My wife and I will continue to take our vehicles there because we know we will be taken care of.

Andy, Joy, and their team are efficient, pragmatic, honest, and a great value! Skip the dealership! They've helped me keep my four vehicles (98 Explorer, 2001 F150, 2005 Cherokee, & 2009 Challenger) running smoothly -despite my abuse to the cars 😁. I look forward to challenging them with my +300k miles '08 Honda Civic hybrid 😄! I want to see if we can hit 400k! Don't forget the updates, I'm still getting used to the text/gmail alerts. I love the PDF estimates & updates; I can see what's going on even when cell coverage is spotty.

I took my car to Eldons for the first time for an oil change. I had my 6 month old with me. Andy introduced himself before heading out of town. He didn't have to take the time to do that. He did. I was impressed. Everyone in there were pleasant. Not just pleasant, but friendly. It was a very decent price and quick service. I will recommend to anyone wanting work done!
