These are simply the best cookies ever! The cookies last awhile, and by that I mean they stay soft and chewy, especially the personal pans and cakes! When I first started coming here I couldn't believe how low-priced they were for the kinds of cookies and cookie cakes they sell. Their decorations are top-notch. I always come here for birthday, tournament, and prizes orders, and they are very easy to work with, especially when adapting designs and timelines! I have never been disappointed!

In a hurry or in a fix, Eileen cookies and store will do their best to accommodate all. The best of old fashioned cookies and all in one spot. Butter cookies ❤, no bake cookies, frosted cookies, huge cookie. Made for any occasion

Great monster cookies! Great service and a good place to get day old cookies cheap! No-bakes are getting smaller and not as good as they used to be.

I ordered a birthday cookie for my husband. I didn't give them much direction on what to do besides that he likes video games and plays PlayStation. Their creative minds did the rest. My husband was in awe when he opened the cookie. Tasted just as good as it looks. Also very reasonable on pricing.

I don't know if Eileen's worthwhile employees got ran off or quit. But who ever is running the show now needs to step it up or bowe out. Wanted an easy to do pic and I got a pile of trash that a 4 year old could have done better. Like if you're not even gonna try just quit.

I have been buying Eileen’s cookies for , I might think 30 years. I used to get one everyday around 2 or 3:00. My favorite, always. I have slowed down the last few years , but when I’m feeling like a cookie I go out of my way to stop and get an Eileen’s cookie. I ask for 3 small chocolate chips and if they have warm ones, that’s what I want. I have always been able to buy 3 small cookies, until today!! I stopped, walked in and asked for 3 small chocolate chip cookies. She said she couldn’t sell me three small ones. I said “ so you won’t sell me a cookie”? She looked at the girl next to her and she also said “no!” I looked a little puzzled. I have owned several businesses in my long happy life and never have I turned away business! Never! She turned around and went to the back and asked another woman and I watched her , as well, shake her head “no”. She said I could buy 3 4” cookies but not 3 small ones. I said “no!” You know- cookies are just happy little things! My advice, if someone wants to buy a cookie in a cookie store- sell them one, or two or even three!

So many excellent choices of delicious cookies!! Very clean store, very friendly helpful staff. We are lucky to have this wonderful successful business in our city!! (They personalize cookies for any occasion)
