Great local butcher shop with reasonable prices and lots of variety including soups and pies Cheese's spices chips and candy. In season they have a fruit stand outside and a taco truck. Very clean.

I get meat here all the time and its the best meat in town. they are usually priced a little bit higher than a grocery store but the quality is worth the extra cash. They also have great service because they will cut anything to the size you want it. I get a prime rib here every year around christmas and its amazing

Stopped by to get some nice ribeyes for a cookout but staff told me they only carry select cuts. No choice or prime. Pretty disappointing.

Wonderful service!! Clean! Everyone was helpful! They knew their business, were quick to help and they had some good looking cuts of meat. I'm going there to get the meat for my table. Tell them want your want it for and they will help you find the best.

The bacon is just superb. Cured and smoked the old fashion way. not full of water like grocery stores. thick sliced. Dave's homemade beef sticks are tremendous!

We purchased an 8 pound prime rib Christmas roast, seasoned and ready in a cooking bag. After cooking we were very disappointed to find over half of the prime rib was fat. Thankfully we didn’t have a larger party for Christmas dinner. This would have been very embarrassing. We definitely will not purchase a prime rib roast for Christmas again from Custom Pack in Hastings.

I called and ordered a smoked turkey two weeks before Thanksgiving. Provided my name and phone number with my order. When I called the day before Thanksgiving and inquired about pick up time, they told me they couldn't locate my order. This created a challenge as we had family in town and had to scramble to find a less than desirable second option. They only offered a 'sorry' and not any type of resolution to what their error (phone records to prove my order). A very disappointing experience.
