Great hotel, quiet, clean and a great value. We always stay here when we come to Hastings, NE.

Location is fine. Good looking and updated. Just happen that my room was not the best. Dirty floor.

The bed was broken n no hot showers. Had to fix the bed by myself to sleep n in the morning I was going to shower but there was no hot water, got another room n same no hot water.

Our group are traveling all over United States, but only this hotel couldnt provide us hotel water for shower. All of our team took a cold shower and left on the next day. We contacted the hotel and they said it wasnt cold. So 100 people is lying? Bad service!!!

This motel was very clean and courteous service. Would recommend this to family and friends. The check- in clerk made every effort to keep the room locations for the members of our family close together. Out side and in side appearances of the facilities were modern and updated.

We asked for a room at 3am because we were too tired to drive 2 hours home. We checked out at 11am and I asked if we could have a discount since we were only there a few hours (paid over $90 for a non smoking Queen 2 adults). Owner, Nick said it doesn’t matter if you are there one hour or 12, you get charged the full amount. We stayed at Quality Inn the night before and it was way better. Just go to Quality Inn.

I had stayed in the parking lot one night because I didn't have enough money for a room. The next morning I did go in however for breakfast. In light of me not having a room I paid the desk attendant for the breakfast. The owner of the building found out shortly after and threw me out of the hotel rather hostilely using many expletives and angry gestures. I feel like this is extremely unnecessary, especially considering I had paid for my meal.

The hotel staff was nice but that was the only good thing about this hotel. The room had way to much furniture making the already small room feel even smaller. The shower had someone else’s hair on the curtain, toilet paper in the ceiling tiles to hide holes, and mold. The ac barely worked and the beds were not queens.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I could check in after 3. I got there at 5 and my room was not cleaned yet. I understand staffing issues, but it was just frustrating. My room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. There were yellow stains on the comforters. Thankfully, there were only two of of us staying, because the room was extremely crowded. The room set up was just very odd. The bathroom sink drain and shower drain were very slow to drain. The thought of sleeping in my car instead of the room did cross my mind. I will not be staying here again.

The people were very friendly and helpful. While there was some hair on the top comforter, the bed itself was clean and comfy. The little table under the lamp needed dusting and the carpet needed a better vacuum jib but, it was clean everywhere else-we were very comfortable there! The pricing was confusing-we were quoted one price, another price was listed online and, when we paid at the end, we paid even more than expected. I would easily stay there again but have a firm price.
