Great place to work. All the office staff are very friendly. Time off for drivers is excellent. Equipment is well maintained. Best place I have worked.

I have been so impressed with how Chief Carriers has put a focus on their entire staff of employees and drivers. They have taken a more active role in the NTA, Nebraska Trucking Association. As a member of NTA and the Women’s Council, I have had opportunity to speak with Andrew Winkler, GM and he has encouraged the women at Chief Carriers to become more involved with the NTA. In fact, the entire staff has been encouraged to be more active and involved not only with the NTA, some National trucking organizations as well as in the community to give back as well as to help educate our youth on the transportation industry. I see why they have been selected as one of the Top 20 Best Fleets to Drive for in 2021! It is refreshing to work with servant leader who’s focus is the people and developing his employees. Mr. Winkler consistently encourages growth and development to assist with their performance. The level of support and professionalism is much needed in our world today. Great Values and respect for others. If considering a company whether local position at their terminal or driving this is one to consider.

Chief Carriers is truly a team atmosphere. It takes every single individual to make who we are and what we do. Since day one of employment Chief Carriers proved they value each and every person.

Started my driver career at Chief Carriers. Excellent training program for students out of CDL school. The training starts off with a week of evaluation to see if you can do the necessary tasks to be a flatbed driver. Afterwards it's orientation. Then you will be out on the road with one of the driver trainers for a few weeks. If you do well then you get assigned your truck, and it's time to start on your own. Enjoying my time here so far. True to their word and will help you get started in this industry.

Great place to work! I've been a company driver, owner operator, and even have had my own authority in the past. This company truly cares about the driver. Not just a mindless number in a truck. I'm making good money and getting home time as well. Hard to find a company that has good benefits these days, but they even have 401K matching.

I couldn't be more impressed with Chief Carriers. Nominated for best fleets to drive for, this carrier has their priorities straight. If you're looking for a flatbed or CDL job, go check them out. As a former 88M with the Army, I encourage other veterans who are eager to find a truck driving job to check them out.

Chief Carriers is an excellent company. I started flat bedding with Chief 6 months into my driving career and fell in love with the mix of hands on labor, driving and unique delivery locations. I was distracted by another highly rated carrier’s promises of higher pay and better quality of life, I made it less than a month with them and I am happy to be back at home with Chief Carriers and would recommend them to anyone looking for a driver oriented team

If I had found this company 18 years ago when I started I’d still be here,EVERYONE from the manager down to the salesman for Chief cares about your miles,I have never ever ever knew a company actually cares weather you make a living and make great miles every week,if you don’t make money at Chief that’s on you not dispatch. Chief is my forever company
