Great place only if you're looking for it to be done right. They take their time, use quality products and have the right equipment to ensure the car comes out as good as it can. My Ford raptor can't it prefect. Water beading as it should on all the parts (metal and plastic). The proof will be in the longevity but I have no doubts that with proper care, it'll hold for as long as it should.

I recently acquired a very low mileage 2013 Mercedes S550; the car was basically immaculate inside and out, and I wanted to ensure that it stays as close to that condition as possible. I started shopping around for a detail shop that I felt would do the best job, and Carolina's Finest came out the clear winner. I'll be honest - it wasn't the lowest price I got, but I firmly believe you get what you pay for when it comes to this type of work. I picked up my car late yesterday afternoon - it was beautiful when I purchased it, but it was absolutely stunning after Jonathon completed the ceramic coat process. It definitely brought out the depth and richness of the color and the metallic paint just sparkles now. More importantly, Jonathon took the time to explain how to care for the car's finish, gave me a quick tour of his (spotless) detail shop, and his passion for what he does is clearly obvious within the first two minutes of talking to him in person. Additionally, we had good communication up to and including the scheduling process; he completed the car when he said he would, and as an added favor, actually allowed me to leave the car with him, in his shop, for a few days as we had snow and ice forecast for the day I was supposed to pick the car up. Couldn't ask for a nicer job, or a nicer individual to work with. No reservations about recommending his business and I will be dropping off another vehicle after it's been repainted, to have it ceramic coated, as well.

I had been shopping around for a little while to get the swirls and minor scratches etc taken care of on my S2000. I am very particular about the maintenance and cleaning of my car, and I don't just take it anywhere to be cleaned/serviced. After speaking with Johnathon at Carolina's Finest Detailing, I felt very comfortable and confident giving him the business. Needless to say, him and his staff did an amazing job, the pictures really don't do the quality of work justice. My car looks brand new, and I haven't been able to spot any swirls on the car. On top of doing an amazing job, the customer service was among the best I have ever received anywhere. Johnathon answered any and all questions, and was very good about communicating throughout the entire process. The service was worth every penny, and I would happily bring my car back in the future. Thanks again for everything Johnathon, you guys did an awesome job.

I can't recommend Johnathon and Carolina's Finest Detailing enough. I saw his great reviews and before/after photos online and decided to give him a shot. I first brought in an older vehicle of ours with 7 years and 100k miles of daily duty. It’s hard to explain how good it looked when he was finished. There were scrapes that had accumulated that were nearly gone! I didn’t realize anything short of respraying the area would have helped. It was like having a new car again. Next I brought him a brand new vehicle to have paint protection film applied to the front. Johnathon went above and beyond by cleaning up the entire vehicle while he had it. The car only had about 2000 miles on it when he got it but it was returned looking better than it did on the showroom. He was also able to remove all of the factory badging from the rear hatch to make thing look so much cleaner and less cluttered. These cell phone pictures don’t even do it justice. I will certainly be returning to Carolina’s Finest Detailing for all of our future needs.

Setting up the appointment was very easy, Johnathon was super nice, easy to work with and did a very good job on our X5. He spent extra time with us when we picked it up explaining everything he did and the normal care going forward. I would highly recommend Carolina's Finest Detailing!

Johnathon is the absolute best around. I work in the collector car industry and I am very particular about who I trust my vehicles with. After seeing the quality of his work, I have sent several cars to be detailed or ceramic coated by him. And when I bought a new truck, I told the dealer not to touch it. Its first stop was at Carolina's Finest for a full ceramic coating. Johnathon even arranged to have it tinted while it was there. I still can't get over how rich and glassy he made the paint look. And I know thanks to all his hard work and the ceramic coating it will look great for years to come. I can't recommend him highly enough!

If you're looking for an honest company that prides itself on its passion and absolute quality, then look no further than Carolina’s Finest Detailing. Going back several years, I have had my 1988 BMW 325i, 2001 Mercury Sable and most recently, my 1998 Jeep Cherokee cleaned and detailed here. Not once was I disappointed. I consider myself extremely OCD when it comes to my cars, but Johnathon Stephens (owner) definitely took it to another level. In each case, I was beyond impressed and to say 'showroom quality' is an understatement. He put the WOW factor back into all of my cars. Nothing speaks of craftsmanship and perfection more than Carolina’s Finest Detailing. Price, quality and time management — usually you can only choose two. But this company excelled in all areas. There's a reason why I always come back and each time it only gets better. Hands down, Carolina’s Finest Detailing is the BEST detail shop I have ever worked with. Total pros!

Repeat customer and as usual Dr Swirl Killer has done it again. Truck looks like a million bucks. The attention to detail and the quality of work can't be matched. If you're serious about protecting your ride from a daily driver to a garage queen Carolinas Finest Detail is where you need to go.

Johnathan cares about his customers, the car community, and he does excellent detail work. Over the years he has worked on four of my vehicles and wish I had an appointment booked for the daily. Make sure to book early to get on the schedule but it will be worth the wait.
