C3 Hotel & Convention Center

Nothing!!! Manager told us we could leave if we were not satisfied, but since we had walked into the rooms...we used it and would be charged. No exception.

The front desk was quick and nice. The bed was fairly comfy. Our issues were the trash wasn't taken out and the floors weren't vacuumed and there was no remote for the TV.

Every room in this hotel has mold, the manager Andrew has stated the hotel was victim to major flooding from the pool. Unfortunately the proper mold mitigation has not been done. I would bet money the city fire marshal has not signed off on this property. If your looking for a comfortable stay with out chocking on mold this is not your place. I also stay in hotels for 100-160 nights a year.

If I could say less than a zero I would. The staff is horrible. The front desk kid with two toned hair tenassy was high as a kite and following the general manager around like a puppy dog. They talked to other guests disrespectful who had been there for a while and spent time in a room and when I needed something both were drinking. Otherwise my room was clean and comfortable. Pricing for Wedding Packages needs to be clearer. Either stating before tax or tax not included. Staffing issues led to rooms not being cleaned when family checked in to rooms, family and friends unable to book rooms, and kitchen for Wedding event was not cleaned. There was no contract or anything in writing which led to misunderstanding of pricing for the event.

If I could give them no stars I would!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had our wedding here, and it was terrible. They promised us so many things and didn't deliver on most of it. The kitchen was absolutely disgusting, the managers were awful and unhelpful, and the pool was closed the entire time we stayed. I had multiple guests unable to book rooms under our wedding block and other guests had to change rooms because the rooms weren't cleaned properly. I also have guests that have been charged multiple times for their rooms and the hotel refuses to refund their money! My parents have been charge THREE times for their room!!! It's terrible!!

This place is pretty decent for a smaller town. Staff at checkin was super helpful and knew where to go for anything. Tennessee I believe his name was, knows the town, can tell you where everything is! Pool area is pretty cool as well, tons for kids if you have them, ping pong, Foosball, and a giant chessboard.The new owners and management look like they are putting time and effort into it, one of the best beds ever comfortable pillows. Worth the visit.

I wish I had read the reviews before my family stayed here. The whole place was super sketchy. Most of the lightbulbs were out in the lobby and pool area. The bathtub was dirty and the water backed up in it. The toilet ran constantly. There was nasty brown stuff swirling in the hot tub. The pool was closed randomly at times for undisclosed reasons. The breakfast consisted of stale corn flakes and waffles made of very questionable batter. The TV in our room went out multiple times. None of the staff wore a uniform or name tag to know who worked there and who didn't. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. One morning there was a guest yelling repeatedly "DOES ANYBODY WORK HERE" because there was no one around. A hand full of the staff live at the hotel so I'm not sure where they were all the time. Out of hundreds of rooms only 3-5 were occupied which felt super eerie. The whole place was dingy. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Best hotel value in a long time. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Now that I covered the big points let me get the smaller details = great pool, cool extras = games and areas to read, clean smells (coffer in the a.m.) very clean linens, I could see my vehicle from my room, extremely kind Customer Service.

The owner is very understanding and willing to work with people. The pool area is nice and does have a hot tub. The free breakfast is not served anymore. House cleaning if you're staying longer than one night needs to be done by you, otherwise it won't be done. All ground floor rooms have a front and back exit. One leads directly outside, to your car the other into the building. If you're arriving later at night prepare for a wait you will have to wake up a staff member. For security reasons the cameras are monitored very closely so there's no reason to be worried about your belongings.
