Have used this company for many years at multiple properties, always have been very helpful and prompt with the service and parts. The office staff have always been professional and helpful and all the service techs that have come to the properties have been amazing!!! Thanks all of you

They sent a young tech to my home for what I was told he was going to check my heater wiring. When he arrived 15 min. late he turned my thermostat from a/c to heat. It was 90° outside and 70° inside. He said he was sent to do a heat rise test. I said that on a 90° day that seemed rather futile, he said he agreed. He proceeded to go to my basement after aprox. 15 min. the temp had rising to 76° when I went to the stairs to ask him if he was abt. finished as it was getting uncomfortable for my asthma. He said, "Go ahead and shut the heat off." He than came upstairs and explained he thought something was wrong with my wiring but wasn't sure and would have to send someone else. I explained it would have to be a cooler day and then called Bemans and explained the tech said he would have to send somebody else to check wiring and told the person on the phone it would have to be cooler as this was not working for my asthma. A week later I was notified by the weatherization program that because I yelled at the tech and was rude and uncooperative they would not weatherize my house. I explained what I did and what was said, I attempted to contact Office manager, and owner of Beman's multiple times with no success. They refused to return my messages so therefore not only could I not receive weatherization assistance but my utility bills are over $320 because of the "heat rise test" My landlord hired another hvac.co. to check my furnace. They were able to determine it was fine within 5 min.

Great service bought a new house In October. never used the ac turned it on it wasn't working called them came out twice in the same day and got it fixed. Working Great thanks guys for all your hard work.

Had them fix my freezer where they spent nearly 6 hours fixing it. The freezer stopped working less than 24 hours after they stated it was fixed. Spoke with a Frigidaire/Electrolux customer service representative who stated that she has never had such a terrible experience working with a service company. Please reconsider if you were planning on choosing Bemans for your appliance repairs. I don't want you to be treated the way we were.

They did a great job installing my system. Very professional and courtesy. They also installed all my ductwork in my basement and were very honest on what I needed and where it should be.

They are great people. Very knowledgeable and they'd have decent prices. Repairs get scheduled quickly and they have responsible, friendly and knowledgeable repair people.

I called Bemans for an emergency ac issue this summer, my daughter had came home for the weekend from Omaha to fix our ac, which required a part she couldn't easily access. She called Steve and he and his apprentice had the part in shock, even got it under warranty, and we were cooking by Sunday afternoon. They made everything look nice and had the area cleaned up. Also the overtime rates were reasonable for the amount of work they did. I would recommend Beman's to anyone, because no matter what they will have you comfortable in no time.

I was very happy with the results I received from Beman's. They came out and repaired my appliances quickly and the parts on hand. They got my bill dun up quick and was able to pay the same week the repair was dun. I will definitely call them again if I have any other appliance troubles.

Our serviceman was very helpful and knowledgeable about our problem. He had done some research prior to his arrival so he knew what to do to fix our problem. Highly recommend.

Been doing business with them since 2004 great service every time. They don't try and screw you on a higher bill we have an older washer and they have pretty much replace everything in it and with the cost of a new one they have saved us over a 1,000 dollars
