We brought my wife's car in for an interior and exterior detail. Having been in the business of detailing myself, I really appreciated the thorough job the guys at Auto Doctor did on our vehicle. In addition, we scuffed a curb with our bumper and they buffed off the yellow paint at no charge. We will be returning and recommend them to anyone.

The team at Auto Doctor did an absolutely amazing job! We had some tough stains from a spill in our back seat and now the inside of our car looks like new! Absolutely amazing job!! They were also extremely helpful and friendly on the phone!

The great river road that runs through Balltown, Ia is an awesome ride. The road run for miles along a ridge, zigzag and up and down through valleys. Along the top of the ridge, you have numerous places to pull over and look over miles and miles of farms and cropland. When i have maintenance issues with my Ford Escape, I tend to search the internet for possible causes. Auto Doctor is my go to auto shop I often share my research with them and they listen. Recently, I needed my air dam reattached to the underside of my vehicle and they did so without charging me. Not to say, they won't charge you however it was a very nice gesture since it was an easy fix. Auto Doctor gives great service.

I definitely feel taken advantage of as someone who doesn't know cars. When I asked that they look into why my ac didn't work I was told my air compressor was broken and I'd have to buy a new one and with labor it would be over 900 dollars. They tried selling me on it but I said at that price ac is a luxury and ill have to go without. So I said I can't do that and went 3 weeks in over 90 degree heat. My friend is a mechanic and checked it out and said my air compressor is running fine, I just needed a charge(wich they said they did and that the whole unit was just broken).y friend also noted that the dial was disconnected and the air was set to heat. So any air coming in was active heat. Well 20 dollars later, a quick charge, and I have ac again. Never going back.
