Beware: 8 year old Central Air Furnace malfunctioned in mid November '18. Furnace cycled, but No heat. Came out- checked over. Replaced "Electronic Board", purportedly cleaned and inspected and charged $240 +. Furnace working. 45+ days later same malfunction. Came out.(different tech) Cleaned flame sensor, cleaned/tightened ground wire (loosened in prior repair-) and inspected. $120 bill sent. Called owner. He was defensive and tried to say sensor can foul in 45 days. Upon receipt of his 2 nd bill, I had called a professional--they confirmed service calls/ work were likely done exactly backwards. "Clean Sensors don't foul in 45+ days." Told him he has one less customer.

I live in Hastings and have used ACC several times. The first was on a unit in my old house. I received prompt service. The next time I called ACC was when I was thinking about making an offer on a different home. I was not comfortable with the house inspector's report. The owner of ACC came, inspected the HVAC unit, and made recommendations. I trust the owner and technicians at ACC. I will call them again!

I don't know much about furnaces so I was very pleased when I called with questions and the lady that I talked to was knowledgeable and friendly. They attended to my problem in good time also. I will definitely be using them in the future for my a/c and heating needs.

We needed a pump panel replaced and called Advanced Climate Control. Their electrician came out immediately and replaced the panel and wiring! We also use them for all of our other electrical needs and heating/cooling needs! They do great work and are always willing to do what they can to make sure the customer is happy!!
