My family called this company concerned about potential bud bugs. They came and inspected our beds, clothes and rooms and they told us that we have bed bugs to a very serious level. We were advised to move out for roughly 3 days and we would need to pay XYZ around $2200 to fix the infestation. Concerned and wanting a second opinion, we called Orkin, and they brought there professionals. They inspected our home and concluded there was no infestation and we were completely fine. XYZ in this situation clearly attempted to rip us off and take our money. We do not recommend.
