Walmart Supercenter

Well I was just there 2 days ago and the place is in shambles, I should have taken pictures. Went there to get cat food and every shelf of cat food was empty, every kind of cat food and thats just in the Pets dept. In the center of the store many shelves empty and the shelves that did have stuff it was Christmas stuff at a discounted price and the shelves were wrecked, a mess. Went back to lawn and garden and there was nobody there, still selling out Christmas trees and Christmas stuff. Had to ask several employees where stuff was and they were not eager to answer any questions nor did they have the intellect to answer any questions. The self check out lines on both ends of the store were drapped clear back to the middle of the store. I would definitely say if you need anything from Walmart, call first to see if they have it and where it is located in the store, save yourself some time but if you do go to the store be prepared to wait 20 to 25 minutes in the self check out lines.

Drove 45 min. to this Walmart as it indicated online that they had the Meta Quest in stock and my local Walmart did not. Wife couldn't locate the item and asked an employee in the electronics department around 3:30 pm on 1/15/23 and was immediately told they didn't have any. Wife asked again since it indicated online and was told no. (It was our son's birthday and he was really excited for it). Left and decided to try the Walmart Pickup right after since it still showed it was in stock...and would you believe that it was in stock and ready for pickup? We are going to head back again this morning to pick up but come on, it's pretty apparent that the employee wasn't telling the truth and just wouldn't look it up.

Can anything positive be said about this store? It's unfortunate but for the most part the service is null and the store is always out of stuff. On any given day you can walk down an aisle and a Walmart employee will be in the way and or will move right in front of you without saying excuse me. I guess that's what happens when you only employ 16 year olds that haven't learned any manners. 20 plus people stocking shelves and 3 checkouts open lol 😆 .

Honestly can't stand going to Walmart anymore. It's always so busy. They don't have enough help to open all of the checkout lanes. It's just a mess. On the busy days, you're standing in line for 30 minutes minimum, even at the self checkout. If you need manager assistance, it usually takes 10 minutes before they get around to being able to help you.

Not a 5 star store. But shopping must of been ok. Except jello shelves is a joke had to go to super saver to get jello. Crystal light area the same. I am an ex employee sure wish I could speak to higher up people not in this store. so much to say. Wish there were exit interviews think it might help businesses. Husband there tonight and said air freshener shelves just as bad.

If you were trying to get in oil change flat repair or anything done on your vehicle at all there go ahead and schedule an entire day to do it. I don’t usually write reviews it’s not my thing but there has been multiple times I’ve been there and they say there’s two oil changes in front of me it’ll be about three hours. Do you guys have blind monkeys working back there? Brought an extra early today said I was number two only a headlight repair in front of me, I had shopping I need to do not a big deal. Came back an hour and a half later and they are still working on the headlight and have not touched my vehicle. Walmart has to be paying out the back end to keep this service department going, from a business standpoint they would be better off shutting it down. The workers there are useless

The people working in the prepaid cell phone area were great! It's refreshing to have people who will share the knowledge they do have and are humble enough to know when they don't know something and reach out to a co-worker who does.

Their plant section was absolutely wrecked... had to be hundreds of dollars worth of beautiful plants withered & dead beyond repair, all still full priced and on display. As a plant lover, it broke my heart to see, for sure.

Five stars so it's seen. Not only does this store ever have anything in stock but the aisles are always filled with pallets and carts. Trying to squeeze around everything to just do my shopping is ridiculous. I am now waiting in a line to check out that is backed clear up to the flowers. And the "manager" on duty says all she has is the two cashier's. For a store full of people that doesn't close for another 4 hours, only 2 cashier's. I already hated this store. I can't do online or pick up either because as soon as I check out there, half of my stuff gets substituted. I will be switching to Hy-Vee from now on.

Visited the store on Sunday afternoon and it was busy with shoppers. We found most of the products we were looking for and as usual with Walmart, the aisles were busy with people replenishing stock supplies. However, we were able to shop easily and the employees were nice about having to deal with customers consistently in and out of the way of the employees trying to fulfill their obligations in a timely manner. Check out stations were so busy...really long lines for self check out, so we found a station with a clerk that moved at a decent pace and was conveniently located. Overall experience was great! Thank you to every employee for your service and consideration - you made it worthwhile!
