Walmart Supercenter

When I think in groceries in a good price obviously I'd go to Walmart. Now, with the Spark service (delivery service) I can buy whatever I need during my job break-time and they will delivery them straight to my home... I like thia flexibility. 👏👏👏 Another think that I like about this Walmart locate at the Locust Av. Is the special offerts that they do specially in clothes. I recomend it 100%.

I understand you need to watch self checkout but the lady running it was literally breathing over me. I have very bad anxiety and PTSD from people being close. This was not ok. It made me look suspicious because of how nervous it made me. Tell your people to have some boundaries. 😒 …

South Walmart is my new favorite. I used to only shop at North on Diers but that one has plummeted down hill!! South does seem to have a smaller selection on a few things especially in the HBA areas. However they are always in stock on things and plenty of associates.

Didn't get order on line, but they didn't let me know until I got there. Also all of my buns were flat like a pancake. I asked if when I picked up my order if they could bring it with my order .They said i had to come in. What is the point of pulling up, if I have to go in.

This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Their loss prevention officer accused my wife of trying to steal from the store. First off I worked with loss prevention at another business, I know the (correct) routine, they failed at every point to prove anything. Second, I make more than enough money at be able to afford the low end products they sell. When this company has the monopoly for business, I guess they figure they can get away with murder. Like I said, not even 1 star.

Yellow jackets walking around while 1 lane was open. Lines were backed up at the self checkouts, horrible. Asked if another lane could be opened, was told it wasn't their job. Tried to find something on my list, couldn't find it, asked an employee and he said he didn't know, although he had his scanner to find it. Asked another lady where something could be, was told look it up on the Walmart app. Not friendly at all. Was like I was an inconvenience to the employees. Waited in line for 24 mins before I was getting my stuff scanned. I know there is a shortage of workers everywhere, but if you can't man 2 stores in GI, then you need to close one of them!

Tall pallets everywhere, leaning to and fro in precarious tilt. Not one smile from employee or neighbor. Items rang up (or tried to) for multiple dollars more than tagged. Didn't leave frustrated but was glad to go. The one gentleman that helped me fix the prices was helpful. Definitely not friendly tho. I was a nuisance to him and the self checkout watchman because he had to push buttons on my screen to override the upcharges.

Do not do the store pick up. I have been sitting at my car after checking in for at least 15 minutes just for them to bring out half of my online request! Now they are going back into the store to retrieve the remaining items. I requested 3 cases of soda, paper plates and carpet powder. I found out the hard way that with this store, it is much more time efficient to shop for your items yourself!

There is one thing you need to train your cashiers on; basic customer service skills. I went through a lane and the cashier said not one word. It was very odd.

Walmart South in Grand Island is always Friendly and the store is clean & organized. I will go out of my way to visit this store in a heartbeat !! Just know, We appreciate your effort! Smiles
