Whoa... horrible response from a manager when I asked when the gift card policy changed. When I stated that I’ve used my cc for several years it was ... “well, you didn’t do it here” Really! Walgreens has lost my business... sorry you have to work Christmas lady. Sorry that I asked a question.

For the third straight month they don't have my prescription, they say the drug is on order, do they not auto refill know it's refilled every thirty days, this is beyond bad service. Walgreens get it together , your a pharmacy for Gods sake people need these for their health.

Wanted to give a shout out to Randy at this location for going above and beyond for me, I came in looking for a rubber piece to go onto my gmas walker, he even came outside to help make sure it fit as I didnt know the size to get. I was impressed how much he cared about this as it is a safety concern for our whole family. Props to Randy! Thank You!

So I was going to do cash back and I’ve done it there multiple times where I make 2 separate purchases to get more cash back and the lady was just very rude and said the limit was 1 when I was told it was 2 every other time and she was very mean to her coworker and then we she helped me she was talking with so much attitude and was very rude I think her name was Brenda a older one

Walgreens has a lot of the brands and items I like. As far as the customer service, we have seen every cashier maintain the same negative attitude while working, they seem super annoyed to ring up the customers, become cankerous if the customer has questions, they barely acknowledge the customer even while they ring up the customers items and almost every time we have been in the store the same cashier is always in an argument with one of the other cashiers. She seems to not care how loud her voice is nor the amount of customers who are hearing her. Stores great. Staff could do better.

Terrible pharmacy!! They are so incredibly slow, have waited behind one car for 30 minutes. Script wasn't done when it was supposed to be, told us it would be 2 hours, came back in 2 hours and they were closed for lunch, came back another hour later, waited in line for 40 more minutes and then she told us it would be at least another hour. Going to a different pharmacy.

Called at 4:00pm inquiring about passport photos. Woman on the phone was very helpful, let me know it was a quick and easy process - specifically asked if they would take these photos up until their listed closing time - 10pm - and they said no problem. Get there at 9:15, and was told no, they had no one there to do it. Literally drove down 4 hours to make it in time for closing. Insanity.

The pharmacy here is a joke! Wait times are horrendous. Sometimes 20 minutes or more. I have put in my refill the day before multiple times and then show up later than the time I set to give them more time to fill it, and it still isn't ready! This has been an issue here for years! Highly considering taking my business elsewhere!!! Update: After happening a few more times I have switched pharmacies. I recommend U Save Northwest, just diagonally across the street from Walgreens. You'll find much better and quicker service there.

I got to Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions and they told me it would take 30 minutes to have them ready, I told them I would wait fir them. I sat and waited there for 40 minutes, went up to the window and the pharmacy assistant went straight to the pharmacist. He came back and informed me that my prescriptions won't be ready today until the next day because they didn't have one and the other wasn't approved by my insurance yet. I asked why I was not informed of this earlier; The pharmacist stepped in and said, "Sir, I'm having trouble with my computer." I asked them to refer my prescriptions to the Usave Pharmacy on 4th Street and the Walgreens pharmacist asked, "Are you open today?" I said "What's the difference if my prescriptions are not going to be ready today because you don't have one and the other one is not being approved". The pharmacist said that she was having problems with her computer and she never mentioned that they didn't have one. Bottom line their customer service is very poor and they lie. The last time my prescriptions will be sent there.

Lavender and her team are top notch when it comes to customer service and fulfillment of prescriptions. I moved to GI and transferred all of my families prescriptions to Walgreens on Webb Road. There was some frustration at first....and then throw in the COVID madness. I ended up changing pharmacies...but I came back. They are always on top of every prescription and make every attempt to have things ready when needed.
